"Great value for money! We took the highway bus from Hakata to Nagasaki, which took 2 and a half hours. After getting off, it was just across the main road and over a pedestrian bridge to reach the hotel. The hotel's location is super convenient for public transport, and it's especially easy to get to the JR station for meals. The room itself is quite spacious, the shower pressure is excellent, and it's quiet for sleeping."

The hotel's strongest asset is its prime location – Shianbashi tram station is just a one-minute walk away, and JR Nagasaki Station is a quick 10-minute ride. The Hamamachi shopping district and Shinchi Chinatown are also within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for shopping sprees or savoring local delicacies like Nagasaki Chawanmushi and sushi. The guest rooms are equipped with practical amenities, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. A thoughtful touch is the option to request daily housekeeping service directly via the TV. The beds are comfortable, and some room types offer ample space, ensuring families don't feel cramped. "The check-in and check-out procedures were conducted smoothly. The hotel is conveniently situated in close proximity to Nagasaki Station and the local city tram station. A convenience store and a shopping mall are located nearby, directly below the hotel. The hotel itself is located on the second floor of the shopping mall, requiring an escalator ride to access. The room was clean and spacious for a solo traveler, even featuring a dedicated area for hanging clothes. The bathtub was also quite satisfactory and clean. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return should I visit Nagasaki again in the future."

"The hotel location is good for sightseeing, close to some attractions and public transport access.  The room is quite spacious for Japanese standard. Interior of the hotel is very beautiful. Would like to comeback again whenever I visit Nagoya."

"The room was a bit small, similar to a Toyoko Inn. The rooftop hot spring was quite good, but the best part was the wide variety of ice cream. The noodles at night were also delicious and you could eat as many bowls as you wanted. Five-star rating!"

"Stayed one night in this hotel, the interior is new and clean. The mini self service cafe at the reception is very welcoming, they even provide take away cup for guests to bring the coffee/tea to the room, I find this is a thoughtful gesture. This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one. I personally like the public bath a lot, especially the outdoor pool. The room has the body wash and shampoo, other toiletries can be self service from the reception. Not forget about the location, just a stone throw away from 2 tram stations, basically you could travel around Nagasaki from these 2 tram stations. One thing worth mentioning is, the bus no 5 that goes to Inasa-yama park cable care and slope care station, is just few minutes from the hotel, which is a pleasant surprise and saves me a lot of time when I was trying to find my way to the park. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, highly recommend it!"

"The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around, right by the 'Ohuraigashi Station' tram stop. The surrounding area is also very pleasant. The room isn't large, but it's perfect for two people, well-equipped, clean, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The front desk staff are polite, efficient, and speak English. There was no additional accommodation tax to pay upon check-in."

"The staff are very nice and helpful. Overall, my room is clean and comfortable, the only thing to complain is that the water-proof towel in the bathroom is smelly. It is a good place to stay!"
