"Arrival service is good. Staff sent luggage to our rooms. Booked dinner buffet and time.slot given ends at 9.30 pm. But we were not informed about the closing time which was 8.30 pm. We went for dinner after 7.30 pm. So we had less than 1 hour to eat. Manager checking my room card on June 1 could be friendlier and could have informed us about the closing time since it is less than one hour. In addition, my room 1101 facing side of.mountain) is very noisy. Water sounds which seemed like from water tank above room could be heard flowing loudly which affected my sleep."

"This hotel use the self check in system. However they don't remind guest about the check out time so I am never informed about the check out time. Finally the last day, the receptionist just came to my door at 10:00 and told me I need to pay. I was shocked and asked politely about not charging extra money and got out the room at 10:20. They finally still needed to charge me 2000 Yan. I requested to have the price list and all policies about the check in and check out. THE MAN RECEPTIONIST CAME INTO MY ROOM AND SHOWED ME THE BOOKLET. ONLY ME AND HIM IN THE ROOM, THEN HE SHOUTED AT ME IN JAPANESE RUDELY !!!! I have the right to understand all the pricing and information although I have time exceed, I can pay however I don't deserve the bad attitude of their hotel service. It is the WORST STAY EVER in my life. The time was 31st Dec 10:30 a.m. when he shouted at me. SHAME ON HIM AND THE HOTEL."

"I had an absolutely fantastic time at La Vista Furano Hills! The location is superb — just a short walk from Furano Station and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and well-designed, with comfortable and cozy rooms that made coming back after a day of sightseeing so relaxing. The onsen facilities were a highlight — both the public and private hot springs are beautifully maintained, and soaking with views of the surrounding mountains was unforgettable. *********** I also loved the extra thoughtful touches: complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby, free late-night ramen, and even massage chairs made our stay feel truly special. The breakfast spread was delicious, featuring fresh local ingredients and plenty of variety to start the day right. Trip.com"

"1. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Kitanomine ski resort, just across the street. Ski rentals are available directly at the hotel, and there's a very enthusiastic young man from Taiwan who works there. The prices are also the cheapest, highly recommended. 2. Transportation: There's a direct bus from New Chitose Airport that stops right at the hotel entrance, making it a seamless journey. The bus stop for Biei and Asahikawa is directly opposite the hotel's main entrance, with a direct Lavender Bus service that accommodates luggage. 3. Dining: We booked breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a 1-hour limit, and dinner has a 90-minute limit. Both breakfast and dinner were very rich and plentiful. Dinner even included BBQ, though the dishes didn't change daily. Beer and sake were all-you-can-drink. 4. Entertainment: The hotel offers free 24-hour beverage machines. There are also scheduled times daily for roasted marshmallows, baked potatoes, cookies, and beer time, which the kids really enjoyed. There's also a children's play area. 5. Room: We had a triple room. The room wasn't very big and was a bit dated, but the heating was excellent. 6. Onsen (Hot Spring): There are two pools, one at room temperature and one at 40 degrees Celsius. It was quiet and not crowded."

"Location of the hotel is right outside the JR Train station. the nearest convenience store is 400m away, but there’s a grocery store just at the back of the hotel. Breakfast provided was lovely! Room is clean, just a little dark (will be good to change out the lights because we can’t really see clearly). There’s any food options nearby, just ask the reception for the recommendations and they will give you this hand drawn map, which is super thoughtful!"

"I was lucky enough to have a room on the top floor which offered great views of the town and some of the mountain. The room was large and easy to negotiate with a small ensuite bathroom. The fridge and large tv made it even more comfortable after a long day on the slopes. There is a good size lobby with plenty of options to relax and unwind Infront of a fireplace and a small in hotel shop to buy assorted foods and other items. The staff are fantastic, so helpful and understanding to my request, allways greeting me with a smile and warm hello."

"It was pouring rain when I arrived, and still drizzling the next morning, so I decided to head back to Sapporo. I had initially planned to visit the Magic Terrace. This hostel is truly excellent; it even has a kitchen, and everything was spotless. The only drawback is that there isn't much to explore in the small town itself. It seems to be located near a ski resort, but I visited in September, so that wasn't relevant to my trip."

"Although the room isn't huge, it has everything you need. There's space under the bed for luggage, so even the most basic room, despite being small, doesn't feel cramped. There's a decently long and wide desk for putting things on, and the windowsill is also quite wide, so you can draw the curtains and use it to display your souvenirs for photos. The wardrobe area for hanging clothes is also very spacious and deep! Even though the room isn't big, the bathroom is still plenty spacious and doesn't feel tight. We went to the hot springs an hour before closing, but it was still incredibly clean and tidy. Even if the parking spots in front of the hotel are full, there are other parking options available for guests."

"This hotel is located in a ski resort area and offers complimentary parking for guests. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, with plenty of space. The large public bath is conveniently located next to the lobby and is open until late night. The lobby also offers local Furano wine during specific hours, and you can even make your own pour-over coffee. On the day we checked in, it was raining heavily, and there was no cover outside the main entrance. It was a bit inconvenient to get out of the car with luggage, and I hope this can be improved."

"Spent a lovely holiday surrounded by birdsong and flowers. I initially thought the hotel would be very old-fashioned, but after checking in, I realized that wasn't the case. While the style might be a bit older, it's incredibly well-maintained! Truly impressive."
