"We had a wonderful stay at Apex Hotel Bath. The location is perfect, it’s very convenient and within walking distance of many of Bath’s popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel amenities were excellent, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff provided great service throughout our visit; everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bath!"

"Excellent location for exploring Bath. It's about a 10-minute walk into the centre of Bath, although the walk back up the hill does take its toll on your legs after a few days! That said, it's perfectly manageable, and we chose to walk rather than take transport. There is also a bus, which costs around £4 per person, or an Uber is approximately £7.90. The room was clean and a good size. We chose a room with a patio, which was perfect on a hot day as you could open the doors and let some fresh air in. I would recommend trying to include breakfast when booking, as otherwise it's an extra £20 per person. The breakfast was very enjoyable. We had the full English and Eggs Royale, with the option to help yourself to toast, yoghurt, fruit and other items. The croissant was amazing! The young waitress who served us was also very polite, friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Parking was £15 per night, which we thought was very reasonable for Bath. I would recommend arriving early to make sure you get a space, as parking is limited. We arrived at around 1pm and there were plenty of spaces available. We were also able to leave our car there from arrival and then check in later that evening at around 8pm, which was really convenient. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly both on arrival and when we checked out, which made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It's a great base for exploring Bath, with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good value parking."

"Friendly , helpful & efficient Front office staffs. Offered complimentary late check out until 2pm. Thankful for their kind service. Room is clean, modern and with adequate services and amenities. Bathroom is spacious and nice shower room. Bed is comfortable, free WiFi and inclusive buffet Breakfast.The buffer Breakfast spread is very good , serving hot English breakfast and continental breakfast. Within 20 minutes peaceful walk to the town centre. Very convenient. We are truly happy & satisfied with our stay in the Holiday Inn express Bath , highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Bath city center and very close to the famous Roman Baths. There was some renovation work happening on the exterior during our stay, but it didn't affect us at all. The hotel design is excellent, with modern facilities, and the staff were incredibly polite, even proactively offering recommendations for popular attractions and itineraries, which was a huge plus! The only downside was that the room was a bit small, and a slightly larger suitcase made it feel a bit inconvenient."

"The location was amazing and easy by walking in town, meet the hotel standards on cleanliness, service and location. staff is very friendly with smile especially on the breakfast time, they are really helpful. However I have booked for 2 nights with the city view queen bed room, but It’s no city view at all. Also, this room is on the upper ground floor and nearby the storage cleaning room is not the good idea for customer especially on the early morning time. The problem is the room always has a terrible noise all the time which make me terrible and can’t sleep well when I am being on the room. I have requested the room which away from elevators and good view before booking but not get anything at all."

"The hotel lobby and breakfast were both very nice. However, we experienced some issues with our room. The double bed was quite small, and the room we were initially assigned did not match the photos shown when booking. When we raised our concerns, the staff did their best to accommodate us, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the process took quite a long time and involved multiple room changes. The final room we were assigned was much better and met our expectations. Had we been given that room from the beginning, our overall experience would have been significantly more positive. It seemed that some rooms have been renovated and are much newer, while others are older and less reflective of the images advertised online."

"This hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Bath Spa station. It's located in a charming century-old building, but the facilities are new and unique. A big thank you to Emily at the front desk for arranging a garden room for me and for thoroughly explaining all the hotel's amenities. It's close to all the attractions in Bath, offers great value for money, and comes highly recommended!"

"The location is incredibly convenient. It's only a few minutes' walk to the train station, and even closer to the Roman Baths and the Abbey – just a three-minute stroll. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great too."

"Stayed in the hideout suite, which was beautiful , bottle of fiiz left in the room on ice, which is a nice touch , the only issue was the hot tub temperature was too hot with no way of regulating so couldn’t use"

"How should I put it? I hesitated for a long time between this hotel and another one and finally chose this one. The main reason was that I was attracted by the photos of the hotel room on Ctrip. There were big French windows through which you could see the garden and green land. But after checking in, I found that there were no French windows. I thought too much. I don't know why the deluxe suite I booked was arranged on the third floor. The window was relatively small, and there was a wall outside. I could hardly see what was outside the room... I was very disappointed. In addition, the room facilities were a bit old, the air conditioner kept making strange noises, which was very noisy. The bathroom was quite big but there was no heating. It was very cold after taking a shower, and the washbasin was also very simple... Anyway, it didn't match the price. The only thing I can praise is that his restaurant is not bad, and the dishes we ordered were all delicious."
