"Good hotel with a convenient location near the metro and a shopping center. There's a kettle in the room with coffee, tea, and cookies. The only downside is that the cleaning needs to be more thorough, as there were hairs from previous guests in the bathroom."

"Hygiene: It was alright, the bathroom was very small but had everything you needed, so it was clean. Facilities: It was so small you could barely turn around, and a suitcase could only just about open fully. Service: You had to leave your key at the front desk when you went out, and the elevator would be full with just one person and two suitcases. The location was actually quite good. There's a supermarket right outside to the left, and a nice breakfast cafe a bit further down. The area also felt very safe."

"This is a pretty good hotel, and the front desk staff were all very welcoming. It's quite close to Metro Line 12. The breakfast was also tasty, though unfortunately it was the same every day with no variety. The room facing the street was a bit noisy, but overall it was decent. The free self-service hot water, tea bags, and coffee are definitely a plus. It's about 2 kilometers from the Seine River, and walking along the river you see all sorts of bridges and sights. Paris is a very pleasant city among European cities."

"I was very shocked by this hotel. At first, I wondered if it would be a safe place for me. Exceeded expectations. The hotel is located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, which is a great location. It's safe for first-time visitors. Highly recommended. Near the metro station (Lines 6 combonne station and 8). Near the Eiffel Tower. The receptionist was friendly and provided good recommendations. The hotel has a bar downstairs. I was very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"The room was great, and the air conditioning worked very well. It's small but cleverly designed, with everything you need. The hand soap and shampoo were of good quality, and they even provided complimentary cookies and a kettle. However, there was one female receptionist who was ******. She was pleasant with the white guests in front of me, but her attitude completely changed the moment she saw me. Even though I speak French, she insisted on speaking English to me. On the other hand, the other two receptionists were excellent. The gentleman working the night shift and the male receptionist during the day were both incredibly friendly. They showed me the water dispenser (there's a free sparkling and iced water dispenser in the lobby) and chatted with me when I came back in the evening. I would definitely return, but I hope not to encounter that particular female receptionist again."

"The view is genuinely worth it! Our room overlooked the Paris skyline with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower, making every morning and evening feel special. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with Bus 30 stopping in front of the hotel entrance and providing a direct route to the Eiffel Tower. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, including Monoprix and K-Mart (asian grocery), as well as a number of shops and department stores. If you are into local farmers' market Marché Grenelle on Sundays is 10min walk from the aparthotel. The metro and RER stations are also close by, making it easy to explore Paris. If you enjoy walking, the pleasant stroll along the Seine River to the Eiffel Tower is highly recommended. The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was functional and well-equipped for regular cooking. Do note that the hotel does not provide basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, or pepper, so you may need to purchase these yourself. The cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils were all clean and adequate for our needs. Although housekeeping is not provided for stays shorter than one week, we managed well. There is a rubbish disposal room on every floor, making daily waste disposal convenient. They also provided the broom & vacum cleaner. The hotel also supplied sufficient dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, and other essentials for the week. The only item we needed to replenish ourselves was the coffee capsules. Expect the room to come with some wear and tear. The main downside was the lift situation. During our stay, only two of the four lifts were operational, serving two towers with more than 20 floors each. As a result, waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours and check-in/check-out periods. We experienced a wait of approximately 20 minutes for the lift on arrival, which was frustrating after a long journey. Overall, despite the lift inconvenience, the excellent location, stunning Eiffel Tower views, spacious rooms, and practical apartment-style facilities made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again."

"Great location, super close to Gare de Nord / L'est. Great if youre staying for a weekend or just a couple days. I had an issue with my shower upon arriving and had to move rooms, the staff were also a little forgetful sometimes when making requests but otherwise it was a good serviceable stay."

"Great location right by the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. There's a McDonald's nearby too, which is a good option if you don't fancy the hotel breakfast. The room itself is quite small, but for one person staying in a double room, it was just right. Housekeeping cleans daily, but there's a distinct sewer smell that comes from the sink whenever you turn on the water. The front desk staff were friendly and allowed free luggage storage. The elevator is tiny, but since I was on the second floor, taking the stairs was easy and convenient. Plus, with the windows closed, it wasn't noisy at all."

"This hotel is located really close to Montparnasse station which was convenient for us since we arrived at the station late at night. The reception person was very welcoming and the check in was very smooth. The room was big enough and was really clean. I could hear some noise from the neighbor but only when they were speaking loud. One thing to note, I personally think breakfast here is not necessary to add. We had booked the room with breakfast included, but the food choices are limited and was not great. It’s probably better to grab something from nearby bakery. It would taste better and cheaper. Overall it was a pleasant stay."

"It’s walking distance to Jules Joffrin Metro. There’s a bus just outside. The room is small but you would not mind if youre outside having tours. Can hear the next door talking, but we don’t mind. We still have a good time: Overall it is a good place to stay if ur looking for an affordable yet convinient stay. :) Around 40 minutes away from centre by public transporation"
