"This hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. "Great hotel, well priced for Paris. A bit far from center but still close to 2 metro lines so not a big issue to get around. Hotel is great, rooms are good. Clean, safe area, 24h desk, nice little garden to sit in...etc. I'd recommend it to anyone. The only thing about facilities is that the shower leaks water a bit when you shower, however it wasn't a big deal for us."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to both M6 and C metro lines, which take you directly to Versailles Palace and Notre Dame. Plus, the Eiffel Tower is right next to the hotel, so we got to see it every day coming in and out. We arrived around 10 AM, and after becoming members, they allowed us to check in early. The room size was decent, with enough space to fully open two suitcases. Housekeeping was good; the room was cleaned daily, and hygiene was well-maintained. However, the toiletries were quite disappointing and stingy. There were no slippers, and the shower gel and shampoo were a 3-in-1 product. The drinking cups and mouthwash cups were small disposable paper cups. While the mouthwash cups were replaced daily for a while, we stayed four nights, and by the last day, they were unusable and weren't replaced with new ones after being taken away. Tissues weren't replenished daily either; we had one box for the entire stay, which ran out on the last night. These small details were quite frustrating. Also, they don't provide complimentary bottled water in the room, but there's a free water dispenser in the lobby where you can refill as many times as you like. These are things future guests should be aware of before booking."

"Booked a standard twin room, and it seems I got an upgrade, though all the rooms are the same size. What's really convenient about this hotel is that it's right above a subway station, making getting around super easy. Just a heads-up to everyone: hold onto your phones tightly on the subway! Ours got stolen – seriously, be extra careful! Across from the hotel, there's a Japanese restaurant and a French restaurant, both with good food."

"The location was absolutely perfect and very convenient for traveling around Paris. All of the staff were polite, professional, and welcoming. They were always willing to help whenever I had questions. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and safe."

"This hotel is located really close to Montparnasse station which was convenient for us since we arrived at the station late at night. The reception person was very welcoming and the check in was very smooth. The room was big enough and was really clean. I could hear some noise from the neighbor but only when they were speaking loud. One thing to note, I personally think breakfast here is not necessary to add. We had booked the room with breakfast included, but the food choices are limited and was not great. It’s probably better to grab something from nearby bakery. It would taste better and cheaper. Overall it was a pleasant stay."

"This hotel is definitely worth staying at. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen was a lifesaver; we bought groceries nearby at Monoprix. The only downside is the train tracks nearby, but for those tired from sightseeing, it's not a big deal."

"The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for two people. You might struggle a bit with a large suitcase! It had a bed, a bathroom, and a shower, which was all we needed. Just like in Rome, the beds in Paris tend to be on the softer side, which I found quite uncomfortable! There's a small kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Before we left, we bought some sausages from the supermarket and heated them up in the microwave in the small kitchen, which was perfect for lunch!"

"The staff were very helpful; I arrived in the morning and was able to store my luggage smoothly. The supermarket nearby was also very convenient. Most importantly, I had an early train from East Station the next morning, and the hotel's location right in front of the station was incredibly helpful. Although the heating in the room wasn't working, they lent me a heater, which saved the day. The facilities were well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay."
