"This hotel is super convenient, just a two-minute walk from Mairie d'Issy, the last stop on Line 12. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping. The breakfast is actually quite good for a 3-star hotel. I especially want to thank Ashley from the front desk. For my first two nights, I was in room 003, which was right in front of the reception and the hotel entrance, making it very noisy and difficult to sleep. When I requested a room change, Ashley was incredibly understanding and said she'd check with her manager. About an hour later, she efficiently confirmed that a change had been arranged. Coincidentally, Ashley also assisted me with both check-in and check-out, providing genuinely warm and comforting service. A heartfelt thank you to Ashley!"

"I booked this hotel because I was going to Geneva and needed a place for the next morning. It took me 12 minutes to get there by metro. Even for someone like me who's bad with directions, it was easy to find, a straight shot to Gare de Lyon (where the TGV is) in less than 5 minutes. My plan worked out perfectly. The room was clean and had a nice atmosphere. However, while I understand the 100 euro deposit, the front desk guy's attitude was a bit off-putting. When I asked when and how I'd get it back, he said by tomorrow evening. But I told him I was leaving tomorrow morning, and he just said his shift starts in the evening and it's never been an issue before. I'm not sure if it was because we were speaking English and it lacked politeness, but his tone was really irritating. Later, I looked it up and realized he should have just explained that since I paid with a credit card, they would process the refund to my card tomorrow. He could have also mentioned that the processing is handled by the card company and could take 2-4 weeks, even though he might not know the exact timeframe. If he had just explained it that way, I wouldn't have been so annoyed. It felt like he just couldn't be bothered to understand my concern and explain properly."

"Overall, it was quite clean. The bed was a bit small, but for a per-person booking, it was acceptable, similar in width to a dormitory bed. It felt like a typical three-star hotel. The bathroom design was better than expected; it wasn't small, had good wet/dry separation, and the tiles and such were clean. The bathroom lighting was also ample, making it feel very clean (cleaner than the room carpet). However, the overall spacing, corridors, and room carpets are a matter of opinion. The room itself was quite small, making it a bit difficult to walk around once two 24-inch suitcases were open. The front desk service was excellent 👍. Overall, it was still good value for the price. At this price point, it's a good option, one of the better three-star hotels."
