"We reached at midnight due to a delay in our flight, and there’s no staff around at all. After finding clues, we found out we had to check in on our own in the machines provided. There could have been better signage to point out this or chat to the travel agencies, especially during hours that there’s no staff around to prevent wasting time. There’s no cleaning given to the rooms on days 1& 2, and cleaning will be done on day 3, so if you stay just for 2 nights? Bummer like ours. However, to our surprise, the trash bin in the toilet was not cleaned, and there’s even blood there! It was a very unpleasant experience for us. It’s one thing not to clean for 2 nights, but at least make sure everything is properly cleaned! We found out on our own also that there’s free storage, but you had to activate it correctly before checking out; otherwise, it would not work. Thankfully, we found out about this on time; otherwise, we would incur charges and hassle to keep our luggage in luggage services elsewhere since we would not be able to keep things inside the room without a card issued by the machine. Again, it’s one thing to do everything automatically, but you must inform customers first on this. Hotel location was great. Not so far from metro and tram station. At midnight, tram was still working from the central station to the hotel side thankfully as metro has closed for the day. I have not tried the metro since tram is more convenient to go to the sightseeing places."

"The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the central train station – you can literally walk to the hotel in 10 meters. There are also bus and light rail stops right outside, which pretty much covers all the tourist spots you'd want to visit. The city center's busiest shopping district, with all its shops and restaurants, is also within walking distance. The hotel facilities are new, the rooms are spacious, and they even have a bathtub. Plus, there's a communal sauna available. For travelers visiting Helsinki in winter, after a day out in sub-zero temperatures, coming back to the hotel for a hot bath or a sauna is a lifesaver. It really helps warm you up and recharges you completely."

"The staffs were all great and room cleaning need to inform to be made. Hotel breakfast variety is ok for a few days but variety is the same and no changes even after 3 days. So basically having the same type of food after the 3rd day is boring. Amenities need to improve like no kettle and I think no body cream too. But the convenience of the hotel location is the star but do take note if booking Uber it won’t come to the hotel you need to walk a bit with your luggage to go to the airport. So 4 stars out of 5 as amenities to the room can be improve."

"friendly front desk and cozy room. it’s located near the railway station with 3 mins walk via the shortest route with some steps in between due to the road closure for construction. if you have a lot of luggages to carry and you want to avoid the steps, you have to take the longer route go round the building. otherwise, you just have to work a little to carry the luggages up or down the steps."

"This hotel is perfectly located, very close to the harbour. The Metro Line 4 stop is just 50 metres outside the door. It is immaculately clean, fitted with a complete kitchen set so we could cook our own meals. There is also a free Finnish sauna, which was lovely. The staff are very nice to us, and we had a really pleasant stay. One parcel arrived late after we had already returned to Poland, and they kindly helped to delivery it over to us. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely book this place again when we travel to Finland next time."

"The hotel was conveniently located close to Helsinki airport.. about 5-10 minutes walk after arrival. The services was nice and the room was very spacious and clean. You can walk back to airport to take train into the city and there was a 24 hours supermarket in the airport.. so it was convenient  if we want to grab groceries there. Breakfast was good.. we enjoy the reindeer meatballs there :) "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. Public transportation is easily accessible, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making everything we needed within reach. Many tourist attractions are also within walking distance, which made exploring the area very easy. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Helsinki, and overall it was a great experience. The location is excellent - right next to Helsinki Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city by train, tram, or metro. It’s perfect for both tourists and business travelers. The hotel itself combines a classic and modern design. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed. All essential amenities were well provided, including a fitness center and a traditional Finnish sauna. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, from continental dishes to local Finnish specialties, and everything tasted great. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were minor delays during busy times. Still, the overall service was very good. Summary: A highly recommended hotel in Helsinki thanks to: • Prime central location • Easy access to transportation • Comfortable rooms and great breakfast I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Helsinki."

"The location is perfect for travelers who need to catch the flight in the morning. It provides shuttle bus between airport terminal 2 and the hotels. Plus the shuttle schedule is frequent and runs either around every 20mins or 30mins. The cleanliness of the room is good and the front desk staff is nice. Though the room is quite small for 3 people and barely can open 2 big and 1 small luggage, overall it's a great hotel and worth to stay here."
