"This older Hilton hotel is, on the whole, pretty standard—nothing particularly amazing, but no major downsides either. The exterior looks a bit dated, but the interior is maintained quite cleanly and tidily. The room size is moderate, the bed is comfortable, and all the basic amenities are available, including air conditioning, hot water, and free Wi-Fi. The staff are polite, attentive, and quite proactive in their service. Breakfast is decent, with average taste and no standout features. The hotel's location is fairly convenient, with good transport links nearby, and you can walk to some restaurants and convenience stores. Overall, for a short business trip or a stopover, this hotel can meet basic needs, but it's not suitable for guests looking for a high-quality or unique experience. Its biggest advantages are the nice view, quiet atmosphere, and reasonable value for money, making it a good fit for travelers with modest accommodation requirements."

"This is not my first time staying at a Brassbell hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The studio apartment feels like a complete home – a truly wonderful option! The room is clean, pleasant, and literally has everything you could need: a large bed that provided a great night's sleep; clean, new bed linen and towels; slippers; a kettle; and a full set of dishes (not just mugs with saucers and spoons, but a complete collection – plates, forks, a set of knives, wine glasses, regular glasses, a frying pan, pots, and even a Cezve for coffee – amazing!). Additionally, there are separate packets of tea, coffee, and creamer; bottled water (only upon check-in, no refills); a hairdryer; an iron; a full-sized wardrobe; a small table and two armchairs; a TV; air conditioning; a sink for washing dishes with a filter tap; a stove for cooking; and a washing machine – I used it, and it works perfectly! There's even laundry detergent in a special packet and box. Before coming to Egypt, I stayed in a premium-level studio apartment in El Alamein, but even there, they didn't provide laundry detergent or a full set of dishes. This hotel, however, has it all. Thank you! Here's a tip: if you need to dry clothes, after washing them, hang them on hangers, then hang the hangers on the upper metal rail of the shower corner – voilà, everything dries perfectly :) Hot water with good pressure is consistently available. The shower includes shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff are friendly, and you can store your luggage after checking out. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops near the hotel, and Tahrir Square and the old museum are within walking distance. There's nothing negative to mention, as this accommodation option is simply fantastic for Egypt! Especially for the price. Given the room's amenities, it feels like a 5-star hotel. Perhaps the only minor suggestion would be to add towel hooks. The staff are polite and pleasant; they helped me with calling a taxi (for some reason, taxis have trouble pulling up directly to the hotel entrance, so they need directions). Huge thanks for the magnificent living conditions! If I return to Cairo, I'll definitely stay here again. I wish the hotel prosperity, well-being, and decent, grateful guests!"

"Everything was absolutely amazing, from the staff's service to the respectful atmosphere of the hotel. There was no rudeness whatsoever. The entire staff and reception were wonderful; they gave me the room I wanted and even an upgrade! The room was gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you, especially the receptionist – I forgot his name – who I spoke to before arriving and reserved a room perfectly suited for me. Thank you very much!"

"This newly renovated hotel is one of the freshest options in Cairo, and it benefits from the excellent foundation of its former life as a Conrad. All rooms come with small balconies, and the Executive floors on the top three levels offer fantastic views. The staff are highly professional and the service is excellent. Its location is close to the city center, and you can cross the street to get to Mamsha Ahl Misr, the riverside promenade, though you will need to navigate crossing the road."

"The service was exceptional! Our flight schedule was a bit awkward, so we needed to stay from 9 AM to 9 PM. After discussing it with the front desk, the friendly guy there agreed to swap our breakfast from the next day to that morning. Plus, we were able to check in as soon as the room was ready, instead of waiting until 2 PM. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great Egyptian touch. I picked up an orange, and the chef even came over to slice it for me – so thoughtful! The room door was a double door, the air conditioning was a lifesaver, and they even provided iced water. After dinner, we went downstairs and surprisingly, our room was already ready! We got into our room by just after 9 AM. Awesome!"

"I was upgraded to a suite this time, which is definitely a plus. The hotel's main draw is its safety and expansive grounds; the gardens on a hillside are a rare green oasis in Cairo's often dusty environment. However, the hotel is undeniably old, and the facilities are quite dated. In the suite, one of the wall-mounted AC remote controls had its casing fall off. The breakfast selection was also limited. On the other hand, the hotel's decor, with its sculptures and murals, exudes a strong artistic vibe."

"1) Came for check in at 5 pm but still room was not ready. The reason given was I did not mention smoking or non-smoking room. 2) The bathroom floor was extremely old style and very dirty. 3) The bath tub had foldable glass doors which never closed completely and water fell on the floor everytime had a bath. 4) Therebwere totally 4 table/bedside lamps. 1 was blinking and the other 2 bedside lamps had a switch which only the hotel employees could switch on and off 5) Carpet was very dirty at some places. 6) It appeared they purposely allotted this room as I had argued about the room not being ready even at 5.00 pm 7) No toothbrush or comb or paste in the bathroom. 8) Priced so expensive but quality was not worth the price."

"I'd like to leave a review and sincerely praise this hotel – everything was simply top-notch! Location: Absolutely magnificent, with a direct view of the pyramids. This made our family trip truly special and unforgettable. Check-in and Rooms: We arrived very early, at 5 AM, and they accommodated us by giving us the keys immediately! The rooms themselves are very comfortable, fresh, and brand new. Restaurant: The food is incredibly delicious! I want to express my huge gratitude to the restaurant staff (a wonderful man and woman) – they are amazing, hospitable people who surprised us with pleasant treats from themselves on several occasions. Service: Special thanks to Amr at the reception. He was very kind, showed genuine care, always offered water, and helped with any questions.
