"Like most all-inclusive resorts, the food and drink quality isn't great. Don't go in expecting anything different. Even the themed restaurants offer very mediocre food and drinks. There's plenty of it, but not much quality. The facilities are in excellent condition. The suites are always clean and well-maintained. The service, in general, is okay. It's important to bring small bills for tips, as the service always improves when you do. The staff always expect to be tipped. Another point to consider is the size of the complex. Since it's so large, we had to take internal transportation to get to the beach or for breakfast, for example. One area for improvement is that they could do a better job promoting the available attractions, both included and extra. Because the resort is so big and has so many guests, personalized service is more difficult. But overall, it was worth it for the value."

"My flight was canceled, so I stayed here for just one night. I was very satisfied because all the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. The omelet in the photo looks good, but the sandwich my husband ordered was much tastier. If you need a simple stay near the airport, I think this place offers good value for the price."

"This was our first time in Dominicana and we chose this hotel because our tour operator said it was new and we actually liked the pics (they are real by the way, not like in the majority of the hotels where they post only the best to attract guests). First thing that impressed us was that all staff was wearing masks at all times everywhere: inside and outside! No matter if they were showing sport exercises, cleaning or dancing in the lobby in the evening, they were always in masks! Then sanitizers everywhere . Temperature control at the entrance to the hotel and to all restaurants. The staff also makes sure you are wearing a mask and gloves when picking food. Everyone was polite helping and smiling all the time. I will name only some people here just because I didn't take photos of all names, so sorry if I didn't name you. All receptionists were ready to help and solve any problem you have. Bieavenido (thanks for late night talk, now I know when is the Independence day in Dominicana!😊). All our requests were satisfied within 5-15minutes (not Dominican minutes👆🤣). Guys at the restaurant all who were welcoming, thank you for giving us masks and gloves when we were too overwhelmed with holiday activities and forgot to get them🙈. Thank you for always wishing us good morning, nice day and smiling! Guys who take orders inside the restaurants and my Spanish teachers😅 Ramon, Antonio, Wilsoooooon Rincon, muchos gracias! They always ask you how you are, remember your orders and bring them before you think about it. Mariia Soriano and Andy from lobby bar- the smiliest girl and boy ever! Thank you for your Russian and Ukrainian, keep learning, next time I come I will check up on your progress! 🤣 Animation team- you are beyond human abilities!!! Fly yoga, yoga on surf boards, volleyball, water polo(I think it was water polo😅), water bikes in the swimming pool, sexy dancing, jumping on little trampolines..Ruben & Jason, my sister Debora(best breeds from you!❤)and my evening salsa teacher Coca -Cola(don't lose uno in bachata anymore😉). Love you guys! 🥰 I will always remember all of you, how you invited to take part in the activities, how you were showing everything step by step, your patience, your unique personalities. The best chef on this planet Wander Montilla with amazingly beautifully looking and heavenly tasting dishes. 😋 Thank you for your unforgettable dinner at the stake house restaurant! Also, the cooking show in Asian restaurant is worth seeing! The food is amazing and the products are high quality. We are more than happy with our rest!"

"Honestly, I had underestimated this accommodation because of the rate, but yes, I was wrong. The cleanliness is incredible, absolutely spotless, and the customer service is just as good. From the moment I arrived, the attention from Yajaira, the staff at the adults-only bar, and the snack bar made my solo trip delightful. And what can I say, I got to enjoy a spectacular beach... If you're used to trips with a gourmet dining experience, this isn't your place, but otherwise, it was very good. 💫"

"Absolutely Incredible All-Inclusive Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was hands down one of the best vacations I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers unlimited drinks across several bars and unlimited food from a variety of restaurants – there’s something for every taste. Whether you're craving international cuisine or local flavors, the options are endless and delicious. The in-house entertainment was top-notch, with plenty of activities and shows every day and night. The private beach was a dream – complete with day beds, crystal-clear water, and plenty of space to relax. The pools were stunning too – perfect for both families and adults looking to unwind. One thing that really impressed me was the 24-hour on-site doctor’s clinic – such a thoughtful and reassuring service to have, especially when traveling. A small heads-up: the hotel is a bit far from the airport and the city center. We had a rental car, so it wasn't an issue for us, but I didn’t see a shuttle service offered, which could be inconvenient for some guests. Planning ahead for transportation would be a good idea. That said, everything else about this place was absolutely amazing. The service is top-notch, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the overall experience is just unbeatable. A must-visit destination – incredible value for what you get! 🌴🍹✨"

"Bathrooms need some renovation. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. Also,breakfast options should be made more foreigner friendly as well as employing people who can speak English. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to lodge with big comfortable beds and nice swimming pool."

"The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment."

"I felt like I was in paradise!! I enjoyed my stay so so much. I didn’t even want to leave. The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion. There were free drinks all days and nights, and A LOT of entertainments. I met new friends because of the entertainments. It was right on the beach. The only things I had a little issue with was the beds. I really don’t like to sleep with just a sheet and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room so I was eaten up every morning. And if you need to buy a lotion and a new sunblock you need to pay 90 USD for that and that I feel is a big scam (pricing for everything that’s not included are extremely expensive!!)"

"Most of the waiters can’t communicate well in English, causing many things to go wrong. The restaurant requires an appointment except for the two buffets. The food in the international restaurant is very dirty. My friend ordered an appetizer. There were more than 10 bugs on the table. The scene of climbing out of the food is shocking and the restaurant is very inefficient but the hotel is well located. A taxi from Punta Cana Airport is 30 dollars, downtown is 10 dollars, and Blue mall is 25 dollars."

"The resort grounds are large and beautiful. We were impressed by the abundance of flowers and greenery. There are plenty of staff and security guards on site, which created a feeling of safety. All the staff were very polite and helpful: our concierge responded quickly to any requests and questions, and at the reception desk, they helped us with a quick check-in using the resort app. However, I found the app itself difficult to use. There's a small shop on the resort grounds where we could buy drinks, snacks, fruits, and vegetables. The fruit here is delicious, especially the mangoes. However, during our weeklong stay, we only managed to buy one mango. On the other days, they were quickly sold out. The food in the restaurant was delicious; we were very pleased, except for our last dinner, when they brought us two oversalted main courses. The sea bream, chicken, and side dishes were oversalted. The restaurant management insisted the dishes were salty enough until I asked to try them. We were given a 30% discount, but it didn't save our mood. We were surprised that Uber worked well here, and it was easy to order a taxi. Our apartment was clean and cozy, but there was a strong musty smell coming from the kitchen drawers (probably from the high humidity from the ocean). So we didn't use it and ate in the restaurant. Overall, we had a great experience with this resort, the ocean, the bright sunny skies, and the people who were so happy with life. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance! Overall"
