"I felt like I was in paradise!! I enjoyed my stay so so much. I didn’t even want to leave. The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion. There were free drinks all days and nights, and A LOT of entertainments. I met new friends because of the entertainments. It was right on the beach. The only things I had a little issue with was the beds. I really don’t like to sleep with just a sheet and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room so I was eaten up every morning. And if you need to buy a lotion and a new sunblock you need to pay 90 USD for that and that I feel is a big scam (pricing for everything that’s not included are extremely expensive!!)"

"Like most all-inclusive resorts, the food and drink quality isn't great. Don't go in expecting anything different. Even the themed restaurants offer very mediocre food and drinks. There's plenty of it, but not much quality. The facilities are in excellent condition. The suites are always clean and well-maintained. The service, in general, is okay. It's important to bring small bills for tips, as the service always improves when you do. The staff always expect to be tipped. Another point to consider is the size of the complex. Since it's so large, we had to take internal transportation to get to the beach or for breakfast, for example. One area for improvement is that they could do a better job promoting the available attractions, both included and extra. Because the resort is so big and has so many guests, personalized service is more difficult. But overall, it was worth it for the value."

"Absolutely Incredible All-Inclusive Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was hands down one of the best vacations I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers unlimited drinks across several bars and unlimited food from a variety of restaurants – there’s something for every taste. Whether you're craving international cuisine or local flavors, the options are endless and delicious. The in-house entertainment was top-notch, with plenty of activities and shows every day and night. The private beach was a dream – complete with day beds, crystal-clear water, and plenty of space to relax. The pools were stunning too – perfect for both families and adults looking to unwind. One thing that really impressed me was the 24-hour on-site doctor’s clinic – such a thoughtful and reassuring service to have, especially when traveling. A small heads-up: the hotel is a bit far from the airport and the city center. We had a rental car, so it wasn't an issue for us, but I didn’t see a shuttle service offered, which could be inconvenient for some guests. Planning ahead for transportation would be a good idea. That said, everything else about this place was absolutely amazing. The service is top-notch, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the overall experience is just unbeatable. A must-visit destination – incredible value for what you get! 🌴🍹✨"

"Honestly, I had underestimated this accommodation because of the rate, but yes, I was wrong. The cleanliness is incredible, absolutely spotless, and the customer service is just as good. From the moment I arrived, the attention from Yajaira, the staff at the adults-only bar, and the snack bar made my solo trip delightful. And what can I say, I got to enjoy a spectacular beach... If you're used to trips with a gourmet dining experience, this isn't your place, but otherwise, it was very good. 💫"

"Costa Love Hotel Aeropuerto Puj was a wonderful experience. The owner is incredibly helpful, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located just 15–20 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the swimming pool was the perfect place to relax after a long wait at the airport. A great bonus is that the hotel offers airport pick-up service and car arrangements — you only need to inform the owner. Small suggestion: This airport pick-up/dropoff service should be advertised more clearly or included in the booking information, as many guests may not know it is available. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, hospitality, and excellent service. I would definitely stay again!"

"It has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages..."

"This was our first time in Dominicana and we chose this hotel because our tour operator said it was new and we actually liked the pics (they are real by the way, not like in the majority of the hotels where they post only the best to attract guests). First thing that impressed us was that all staff was wearing masks at all times everywhere: inside and outside! No matter if they were showing sport exercises, cleaning or dancing in the lobby in the evening, they were always in masks! Then sanitizers everywhere . Temperature control at the entrance to the hotel and to all restaurants. The staff also makes sure you are wearing a mask and gloves when picking food. Everyone was polite helping and smiling all the time. I will name only some people here just because I didn't take photos of all names, so sorry if I didn't name you. All receptionists were ready to help and solve any problem you have. Bieavenido (thanks for late night talk, now I know when is the Independence day in Dominicana!😊). All our requests were satisfied within 5-15minutes (not Dominican minutes👆🤣). Guys at the restaurant all who were welcoming, thank you for giving us masks and gloves when we were too overwhelmed with holiday activities and forgot to get them🙈. Thank you for always wishing us good morning, nice day and smiling! Guys who take orders inside the restaurants and my Spanish teachers😅 Ramon, Antonio, Wilsoooooon Rincon, muchos gracias! They always ask you how you are, remember your orders and bring them before you think about it. Mariia Soriano and Andy from lobby bar- the smiliest girl and boy ever! Thank you for your Russian and Ukrainian, keep learning, next time I come I will check up on your progress! 🤣 Animation team- you are beyond human abilities!!! The best chef on this planet Wander Montilla with amazingly beautifully looking and heavenly tasting dishes. 😋 Thank you for your unforgettable dinner at the stake house restaurant! Also, the cooking show in Asian restaurant is worth seeing! The food is amazing and the products are high quality. We are more than happy with our rest!"

"Food and drinks were subpar but I guess one should not expect much for an inclusive resort. The room had a broken safe and phone which took 2 days to replace because they kept telling me to call back. Location was nice and is family friendly. "
