"This hotel is very grand and perfectly suited for business trips. The service is exceptional, and the view from the 28th floor is fantastic, offering a wide, expansive vista. The front desk staff are quite welcoming, and all the facilities, including the air conditioning, are well-maintained. Even the elevator lobbies have air conditioning, keeping the temperature pleasant and comfortable. The rooms come with laundry bags, and the laundry service is very convenient; they fold your clothes nicely and deliver them back to your room. Five-star rating!"

"First off, the hotel's location is super convenient, right near Suzhou Road Food Street. It was so easy to walk around, explore, and grab a bite to eat! We even got a free upgrade to a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and even a bathtub – it was really spacious for four people. **Environment:** It was quiet, though the soundproofing wasn't the best. **Cleanliness:** Excellent 👍 **Service:** Fantastic 👍 They were very responsive, and there's a free laundry room. And I have to mention, the late-night snacks were absolutely delicious 😋"

"The room was very spacious and the service was excellent 👍. They even offered free laundry service. The breakfast was plentiful with many delicious local specialties, and it was served until 12 PM 👍. Afternoon tea and late-night snacks were also provided. Upon checkout, they thoughtfully offered seasonal floral tea to take away. The only downside was that the facilities were a bit old, but I've already provided feedback to the hotel and they immediately replied that they would take my suggestions into consideration. Highly recommended."

"The greatest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Despite language barriers, everyone we encountered was friendly, patient and genuinely eager to help. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who went far beyond what could reasonably be expected. When we were struggling with transport arrangements, he personally offered assistance and ultimately drove us to the train station himself. Only afterwards did we discover that he was actually the hotel manager, not a driver. He refused any payment and demonstrated a level of hospitality and generosity that left a lasting impression on our family. The staff also helped us order food delivery using local apps that were difficult for us as foreign visitors to navigate, communicating through translation apps whenever necessary. The hotel is conveniently located beside the Olympic Sports Centre, which was ideal for our visit to the Asian Gymnastics Championships. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, there were several aspects of the stay that prevented it from feeling truly comfortable. The surrounding area felt unusually quiet, with many restaurants and commercial spaces appearing closed, giving parts of the district a somewhat deserted atmosphere. Dining options were limited, and finding lunch or dinner nearby was often challenging. The rooms, while large, had relatively small windows, which meant there was not much natural light. The air conditioning sometimes struggled to keep the room as cool as we would have liked, and the hot water supply was inconsistent. The beds were extremely firm, and each guest was provided with only one fairly hard pillow. Some travellers may appreciate a very firm mattress, but we found it a little uncomfortable for a longer stay. Also, we were only provided with 2 bath towels even though there were 3 of us sharing a room. Overall, this is a hotel with exceptional staff and a convenient location for events at the Sports Centre. While the accommodation itself fell short of our expectations in several areas, the kindness and professionalism of the staff left us with positive memories of our visit."

"Great location, from basement 1 of one of the hotel block, directly linked to central performance area, restaurants, pubs etc..is a huge entertainment zone, many stone steps, wearing flats or sneakers recommended. Check in is not at the hotel lobby but at the 东门游客中心, check in process is flawless. Ensure your didi driver send you to the main entrance of the 东门游客中心 don't let them dropped you along the shops, is a distance to walk up ok the rocky road. Take note if going directly from airport you maybe required to pay the return toll fee because driver in Zunyi airport area usually do not stay in Wujiang zone and required to return to city. Shower area is very small, for bigger size people may needs to check the room suitability. Aircon working well. Bedding clean. All good except recommending to the hotel to get toilet floor washed throughly as there are urine stench even though the toilet bowl looks clean."

"The overall experience is full! The hotel is in a good location, and the service is warm and polite. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and soundproofed. "I booked two courtyard rooms, and both were incredibly clean, with no hidden spots of dirt. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a comfortable hotel in Zunyi. Even the mosquito net was dust-free, which was great for me as I have a dust mite allergy. Although I couldn't get a king-size bed, the hotel proactively helped combine two beds and added a safety rail. We put the kids to bed early, and the courtyard room was surprisingly quiet; we barely heard any noise from the evening programs. The service at the hotel and throughout the entire scenic area was excellent. My kids spent two full days doing crafts and were absolutely thrilled. The crafts and goods in the scenic area are clearly priced and uniformly managed, making for a very comfortable and hassle-free experience. Miaowang Hotel definitely has the best location; it's a must-stay if you're traveling with elderly people or children. You just step out of the hotel and go down the stairs to reach the core scenic area, no shuttle bus needed. Considering the cost of tickets and shuttle buses, the room itself is an incredible value. Compared to other villages, Wujiang Village truly is a small but beautiful gem. I will definitely visit again. If I had to nitpick, there are two points: The staff at the scenic area's parking lot were quite fierce and irritable, which left a very poor first impression, but all the other staff members were exceptionally good. Also, there was a dripping sound from the toilet at night that echoed in the room, which might affect light sleepers."

"Staying with kids was a 10/10 experience! The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free, with great soundproofing, so no worries about noise. The hotel amenities are excellent, including some small facilities for children, and the breakfast spread is diverse with plenty of kid-friendly pastries. The staff at Cailin were very patient with the children, and the surrounding area is convenient for activities. Staying here with kids was stress-free and comfortable. Highly recommend for family trips!"
