Bantang Zuoyou Brand Introduction & Hotel InformationThe Bantang Zuoyou brand advocates the philosophy of "Bantang Time, By Your Side". Nestled in the core area of Baisha Ancient Town—a relic of the ancient Naxi kingdom in Yunnan, the "South of the Clouds"—Bantang Zuoyou Hotel offers front-row views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain without stepping outside. Its location is convenient, just a 10–15 minute walk from Baisha Ancient Town.At Bantang Zuoyou, time flows at a different pace. "Bantang reflects the world; Zuoyou brings peace of mind." More than a mere stopover, it is a sanctuary where body and mind find their true home. Bantang embodies the grandeur of snow-capped mountains mirrored in expansive waters at dawn, visible the moment you open your window; it is the of soaking in a private hot spring while watching clouds drift across the sky. Zuoyou is the inner calm awakened by the resonant hum of singing bowls; it is the dialogue with ancient culture through Jiaoma woodblock printing.[Viewing the Landscape, Also Contemplating the Mind]Expansive Water Views & Front-Row Snow Mountain Vistas: From terraces or windows, take in the snow mountain’s reflection on rippling waters—where the clarity of heaven and earth expands the soul.Four-Season Private Hot Springs & Signature SPA: Immerse in warm private springs in independent courtyards or guest rooms, paired with professional SPA therapies to melt away fatigue.[Healing is Also Nourishment]Sound, Incense, Tea, Flowers: The Four Arts of Cultivation: Follow healers to experience the deep vibrations of singing bowls, the meditative focus of incense rituals, the elegant ceremony of tea, and the beauty of flower arrangement—reclaiming inner balance through mindful presence.[Culture is Also Immersion]Intangible Heritage Crafts & Naxi Flair:craft Jiaoma woodblock prints or clay cat figurines, preserve mountain hues with plant rubbings, and don Naxi attire to capture unique travel memories amid the hotel’s scenic vistas. We believe ultimate relaxation arises from the harmonious resonance of nature, culture, body, and mind. Bantang Zuoyou—where mountains and waters accompany, culture protects, and a lazy, poetic dwelling awaits. We invite you to turn days into poetry here.Note: Proper nouns like "Jiaoma" and "singing bowls" retain cultural specificity; "Naxi" refers to the indigenous Naxi people of Yunnan.

"I was absolutely blown away by this guesthouse in Lijiang's Baisha Ancient Town – my stay here was truly exceptional! The guesthouse is nestled right at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. From my room, opening the window offered stunning views of the mist-shrouded peaks in the distance. Even lying in bed, I could gaze at the mountain scenery, which instantly lifted my spirits. The courtyard entrance features a beautiful water feature with floral arches, lush greenery, and white flowers adorned with light drapes. The reflections in the water created such an atmospheric setting, perfect for impromptu photos. The common areas inside are incredibly stylish, with giant log pillars and artistic relief walls – every corner is Instagram-worthy. The guest rooms are spotlessly clean, and the bedding is super comfortable. They come equipped with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and an oversized bathtub, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after exploring the ancient town, melting away the day's fatigue. The guesthouse amenities are comprehensive, making daily life hassle-free, and the overall environment is peaceful and serene. As a side note, here’s a quick guide for exploring Baisha: you can take a public bus directly to the ancient town for 5 yuan. Nearby Baisha Archway, Yuhu Village, and Longnü Lake are all along the way and can be explored in about half a day, hitting multiple spots. If you're coming to Baisha to enjoy the snow-capped mountains and relax, staying here is absolutely perfect. #BantangZuoYou180DegreeSnowMountainViewHealingStay #LijiangHotel #LijiangGuesthouse #BaishaViewHotel"

"The path from Lijiang Old Town to the B&B is a bit narrow in some sections. Our Didi driver actually dropped us off less than 200 meters from the B&B, making us walk the rest of the way ourselves! Honestly, those 200 meters weren't actually that bad. The B&B owner apologized when he found out and upgraded our room! The room I originally booked already exceeded my expectations, but the upgraded room on the second floor was even more beautiful. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you could see mountains and fields. The rooftop terrace offered expansive views, and occasionally you could catch a glimpse of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain's peak, though unfortunately, the clouds were too thick and there was no snow on the top. The B&B service was incredibly nice. The two young men working there were also very enthusiastic, not only helping us with our luggage but also giving us detailed recommendations for good restaurants and unique cafes nearby. They even gave us some fruit. The B&B is just a few minutes' walk from Baisha Ancient Town. The breakfast at the B&B was also very clean and exquisite!"

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise and one of the highlights of our stay in Lijiang. The rooms are spacious and come with a private hot spring tub, which was the perfect way to relax after a long day exploring Lijiang Ancient Town. Both my children absolutely loved it, and it became something we looked forward to every evening. The service was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. At times, it felt like having a private concierge at our fingertips. We also appreciated the complimentary minibar, snacks, afternoon tea, and hotel transfers in a comfortable vehicle. As we were travelling with children, I requested rooms close to each other, and the hotel kindly upgraded one of our rooms to accommodate our request. The kids were also delighted by the buggy rides around the property. Some travelers may find the hotel slightly further from the old town, but for us, that was actually a plus. It provided a peaceful environment to relax and unwind away from the crowds. The private hot spring tub alone makes it worth staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Lijiang."

"This is a newly opened guesthouse, and the room was incredibly spacious with all the amenities you could ask for. I was pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine, humidifier, and refrigerator, along with thoughtful touches like bath bombs and laundry pods. The only drawback was that the room felt quite dark. It was okay during the day with the curtains open, but at night it was particularly dim. The surroundings were serene and very quiet, with a beautiful courtyard and swimming pool. It's a short 7-10 minute walk to Baisha Ancient Town. The hotel restaurant offers dinner, which was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, they seemed a bit inexperienced with operations. Usually, at check-in, guests are asked about fruit plates, afternoon tea, and complimentary evening dessert soup – whether they prefer them in the restaurant or delivered to the room – but none of this was mentioned. I only found out they were available when I asked the next morning. The fruit plate felt hastily put together, and the dessert soup wasn't very good. Breakfast was extremely simple – just rice noodles/congee, eggs, corn, and steamed buns. It didn't really match the positioning of a high-end guesthouse."

"The sunny days in Yunnan are incredibly healing, with blue skies and white clouds. The guesthouse's location is superb, very close to the snow-capped mountains with fantastic views. We took our child during the summer holiday and stayed in the family room. The room was spacious and airy, with a fun and cute style that our child absolutely loved. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, full-score views of the beautiful scenery. Our whole family had a very comfortable stay."
