Here is what made our stay an absolute dream: The Views: Waking up to the jaw-dropping, majestic sight of the Yulong Snow Mountain right before our eyes was nothing short of magical. It felt like living inside a postcard. Next-Level Hospitality: The service here is unmatched. A special, heartfelt shoutout to our amazing concierge and the rest of the team, who went completely above and beyond with their warmth and care to ensure our stay was perfect. Pure Room Comfort & Luxury: The room itself was a haven of relaxation. Designed for ultimate comfort, it featured incredibly plush bedding, pristine amenities, and thoughtful details that made it hard to leave. Coming back to such a cozy, beautifully appointed space each day made our retreat feel even more exclusive. Delightful Extras: The hotel is packed with thoughtful touches. We absolutely loved the free drinks at the bar—the perfect way to end a relaxing day. The Cutest Highlights: As a unique and charming bonus, getting to feed the resident goats added such a joyful, whimsical element to our stay! "The room was very clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful with luggage. There's also a Samoyed named Mitsu who is incredibly friendly; my kids absolutely adored her and couldn't bear to leave. The dog was very clean and well-behaved. Overall, the guesthouse was very quiet."

"Staying at Shanyulin: 💛 **Regarding the service** What impressed me most about this place was their butler service. Before we even checked in, they added us to an exclusive service group. If our destination was nearby, they'd pick us up or drop us off anytime. During our stay, we even visited a ranch, and when we couldn't find a taxi back, the butler came to pick us up! It was incredibly convenient and stress-free! You can also schedule breakfast and afternoon tea in advance, showing great attention to detail. 💛 **Regarding the room** The room faces the snow-capped mountains, offering a wide and open view! It also comes with a private hot spring, so you can soak while enjoying the mountain scenery – truly therapeutic! Plus, the room is super spacious, and the Wabi-sabi style decor is perfect for photos, giving off that high-end feel I love. 💛 **Regarding activities** It's very close to Baisha Ancient Town; you can easily walk there in the evening for a stroll and then walk back to the guesthouse. It's also super convenient to get to attractions like Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. — One more thing: their breakfast chicken soup is really delicious, haha!"

"1️⃣ Beautiful views from the window. 2️⃣ The room was clean and offered great value for money. For just over 300 [currency, e.g., Yuan], we got a 60-square-meter, two-bedroom suite – it was amazing! 3️⃣ Disposable towels and bath towels were provided. 4️⃣ Daily room cleaning was a pleasant surprise; even without asking, the room was always spotless and tidy upon our return, with the bed neatly remade. 5️⃣ Excellent service; every staff member was incredibly friendly and made our stay very comfortable. 6️⃣ Shared electric scooters were available right outside, making it a quick 2-minute ride to Baisha Ancient Town. Exploring the village on a scooter was also very enjoyable. 7️⃣ The hotel is very close to Hutuwuo Ranch and the ancient towns. We even rode an electric scooter to Shuhe Ancient Town today. 8️⃣ The owner was incredibly responsive and always went the extra mile to assist us. [Disclaimer: This is not a sponsored review. These are just my initial thoughts; I'll add more if anything else comes to mind.]"

"Continuing my review, let's talk about the service. I've stayed in various state guesthouses and star-rated hotels over the years, and the service here is absolutely the best. Although Baisha is close enough to walk to, as soon as you step out, staff members proactively ask if you need a ride. The butler group chat is also incredibly responsive to every request and question. The most incredible thing was that even though we were supposed to check out at 12:00 PM, and still had several hours before our flight, the owner still offered afternoon tea, free-flowing drinks, and even invited us to stay for a BBQ dinner. Their hospitality was so overwhelming, we almost felt embarrassed! 😅 Honestly, five stars aren't enough; it truly deserves six! 😊"

"This is an established, large hotel with excellent service. Check-in at the front desk was fast and efficient, even with many guests, we didn't have to wait. It's a no-frills, reliable place to stay. Its proximity to both the airport and train station was the main reason we booked it, especially for airport convenience. The breakfast starting at 6:30 AM was a thoughtful touch, perfect for those catching early flights. The only minor issue was the slightly outdated bathroom, specifically the shower head holder, which could use an upgrade. Hopefully, the hotel will consider renovating some of its facilities."

Hotel near Baisha Old Town,Yulong
Opened in 2023, the Yulong August Guanshanhai Light Luxury Homestay offers travelers a pleasant stay in Yulong, whether for business or leisure purposes. The hotel is located approximately 20km from Lijiang Railway Station and 39km from Lijiang Sanyi International Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Lijiang’s Giant Prayer Flags, White Sands Navajo Tribe and Shangrila Ranch all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"I chose this hotel because of my connection with Doubao (a dog). The guesthouse itself was pretty standard; the rooms weren't huge but had all the necessary facilities and were very clean. Since I was in a rush for breakfast, the owner even prepared a light meal with milk, which was really thoughtful. Perhaps because I was so pressed for time, I didn't get to experience many standout features of the hotel. The owner seemed very stoic, like a businesswoman – neither happy nor angry, just very neutral. For self-driving, parking was only available in a public lot, and the hotel didn't reimburse for it, which was a first for me after staying in so many places. It's not about the money, but it just felt a bit off. Oh well, when in Rome! But being able to see Doubao after such a long journey made the trip worthwhile 😊"

"The room was spotless, and the guesthouse's views were stunning. The owner's courtyard garden design is perfect for Instagram-worthy photos, making it ideal for a two-night stay. It's conveniently located near both Baisha Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town, with plenty of tourist amenities nearby. The hotel breakfast's rice noodles and accompanying dishes were impressive and delicious. Almost all the staff were incredibly responsive and proactive in their service. In particular, many service details were really well thought out (unlimited snacks in the room; fleece-lined pajamas provided due to the local temperature fluctuations, making them very comfortable and warm; balconies equipped with scenic seating and floor lamps; warm milk and tremella lotus seed soup offered at night to aid sleep; complimentary travel photography service for guests, with time and film limits, but options for self-funded extensions; one free pick-up and drop-off service; and a rich afternoon tea for guests, etc.). Moreover, the hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and had a strong sense of ownership, always providing solutions promptly when guests had requests. It's truly excellent, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here. The 4.9-star rating is absolutely deserved; I'm leaving 0.1 points for room to grow."
