"The room was very clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful with luggage. There's also a Samoyed named Mitsu who is incredibly friendly; my kids absolutely adored her and couldn't bear to leave. The dog was very clean and well-behaved. Overall, the guesthouse was very quiet."

"Before heading back from Lijiang, we stayed at this five-diamond hotel. As a chain brand, the quality is guaranteed. The hotel is very large and conveniently located near the high-speed train station, making travel very easy. Parking was never an issue, which is perfect for self-driving tourists like us. There are also many dining options nearby, including McDonald's. The room was spacious, well-ventilated, and had excellent soundproofing. The housekeeping staff did a thorough job cleaning. The laundry room had four washing machines and four dryers, great for doing laundry during a trip. The gym was well-equipped and located next to the laundry room, so you could work out while waiting for your clothes to dry – a brilliant feature. The staff were friendly, provided excellent service, and were very responsive. They even allowed us to flexibly adjust our check-out time. The breakfast area was not crowded. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, but it was a bit too cold to try. Both adults and children were very satisfied with their stay. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Lijiang."

"Nestled in the town at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, this hotel boasts a really fancy decor. Overall, it's pretty good. We booked three rooms, and some of them offered direct views of the snow-capped mountains right from the bed when you open the curtains. The rooftop terrace provides an even more spectacular, unobstructed view of the mountains. It's truly in an excellent location."

"This guesthouse was a divine find for our family trip! The owner and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They arranged our airport pick-up in advance and even provided complimentary local fruits upon arrival. Our 180° luxury room offered unbeatable views; the courtyard's water features and lush greenery against the snowy mountains made every picture wallpaper-worthy. The amenities are comprehensive, including a projector, a common lounge area, and even a pool table and karaoke room. There's an elevator, which is a lifesaver for those carrying luggage at this high altitude, making it very friendly for guests who struggle with physical exertion. They offer unlimited tea and fruit daily, and the butler patiently recommended some less-known spots for sightseeing. It's quiet and peaceful, making it the top choice for a relaxing getaway in Lijiang. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is conveniently located just beside Lijiang railway station and walkable to avoid missing the train. Just 2 minutes away. Hotel room is super big and well equipped for the price. excellent value. Not much eateries around and only small convenient store surrounding the hotel to resupply the basic necessity. Highly recommended for simple short stay before catching the train."

"This is definitely the place to stay in Baisha! The accommodation was very comfortable. Right across the street, there's a free meadow, which I think makes paying for others nearby unnecessary. You can enjoy the snow-capped mountains while relaxing in the meadow, and when you're tired, just cross the road back. The owner even helped us plan our activities, which was a huge relief. I stayed here for two nights and then in Lijiang Old Town for two nights. Even when I had questions later on at the old town, the owners here were always quick and helpful with their replies. Baisha Old Town is just a short walk away, and it's also much closer to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain than the old town. Several pastures are nearby too. Their rice noodles are really good, and you can even order other meals. The room was spacious, and with the window open, you have a view of the snow-capped mountains. The courtyard is also very beautiful."

"AMAZING HOTEL!!!! The hotel staff are genuinely so friendly and kind!!! They picked our luggage up from the entrance of the old town and delivered it straight to the hotel. The hotel is only a short 5 minutes walk from the old town entrance making it very convenient when travelling to the mountains etc. there’s also a really friendly an adorable dog at the hotel!!! The breakfast was sooo delicious, you could pick from noodles to congee and the side dishes are provided! We particularly loved the sweet potatoes! 🍠 They helped us move our luggage and the owner was really kind to help drop our luggage off at the entrance of the old town again to save us dragging our four luggage on the pebble roads in the old town. Look no further and book this hotel!! It has a really cute rooftop too which faces the mountain but sadly during our stay it was very cloudy. Great experience!"

"First and foremost, I have to commend Zoey at the front desk for her exceptional and thoughtful service – truly the best I've experienced at any Hilton property. Whether it was helping me choose the right pillow or receiving a package for me, her service was meticulous and efficient. Every day, she'd also thoughtfully ask if there was anything I needed replenished. This Hilton in Lijiang is also a great value-for-money option. Although it's not directly in the Old Town or ancient villages, getting a taxi is still convenient. About 500 meters to the left, there's Wenbishan Lake, perfect for a morning or evening stroll. The 1.9-kilometer lakeside walking path offers beautiful views of the clouds and mountains, which is quite nice. The facilities are quite new, with smart toilets, and appropriate water pressure and temperature in the showers. The air conditioning was also quiet. The hotel's dining options are a bit limited, but you can walk about 1 kilometer to a nearby food street for more choices."
