"Overall, the room facilities were great, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating. They offer luggage storage, and even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. The parking lot is very spacious, and they were able to arrange a 2 PM late check-out for us. The overall environment definitely matches the price. I would definitely stay here again for future business trips."

"My stay this time wasn't great, mainly due to two issues: 1. **Room Hardware Problem:** When I took a shower at night, I found the drain was completely blocked. The water wouldn't go down at all, and within a few minutes, it overflowed the shower stall, flooding the entire bathroom floor. I hope the hotel can regularly check and unblock drains. 2. **Breakfast Service Issue:** This one needs to be highlighted. In the morning, while having breakfast downstairs, an older lady working at one of the food stations had an extremely poor attitude. When I asked her questions, she was unresponsive and dismissive, not even giving me noodles, acting as if I owed her money. I was hoping to start my day with a pleasant breakfast, but instead, I ended up infuriated. As a service industry, basic politeness and a good attitude should be a given, right? Overall, the room issue is understandable, but poor service attitude is truly unacceptable. I hope the hotel provides training for its staff. I won't be considering this hotel again in the future. The 2.5-star rating is given to the breakfast manager and the housekeeping manager, whose attitudes were sincere; however, the training for the lower-level service staff definitely needs to be strengthened!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and I am really satisfied with my experience. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location. The hotel is very close to Futian Market, which made shopping and business activities extremely convenient. It only takes a short time to reach the market, saving a lot of energy and time. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well organized. What impressed me the most was the housekeeping service. The room was cleaned very carefully every single day. Everything was refreshed daily, the room always felt fresh, towels were replaced, and everything was arranged neatly. After a long and busy day, it was very relaxing to come back to such a clean and comfortable room. Another thing I really enjoyed was the breakfast. Breakfast every morning was delicious and gave a great start to the day. I especially liked the pancakes— they were soft, fresh, and very tasty. I also enjoyed the eggs served during breakfast. Having these every morning became one of my favorite parts of staying here. The breakfast had good variety and made the overall experience even better. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to rest well after long days. Everything was maintained properly and the overall atmosphere felt pleasant and relaxing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area, especially people who plan to visit Futian Market. I would gladly stay here again in the future."

"Saw Yiwu, 'World Yiwu', on Douyin and it was completely different from what I imagined! Decided to go on a whim, and when I was choosing a hotel, Atour immediately caught my eye! The location is excellent – right across the street from the Santing Road Night Market. It's also not far from the train station, Yiwu International Trade City, and Yiwu Tiandi. Upon arrival, they thoughtfully upgraded my room to the 15th floor, where I could see the Santing Road Night Market right outside my window. The soundproofing in the room was excellent! The bed wasn't overly soft; it had the perfect firmness that I prefer, making for a comfortable sleep. What I was most happy about were the pillows – they were Atour Planet pillows, just like the ones I have at home, ensuring a peaceful night's rest! All the disposable amenities in the room, including the bath towels and regular towels, were brand new and unopened, which made me feel very secure using them. I truly felt at home, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Yiwu! The hotel elevators require a room card to access floors, which eliminates potential safety concerns. The only thing that could be improved is the elevator wait time – even with two elevators, the wait can be a bit long. A minor flaw in an otherwise excellent stay."

"Glad I chose this hotel for my business trip to Yiwu. It's super close to the market, which made my daily schedule so much easier. After taking the little one shopping, we could head straight back to the hotel to rest. The front desk even gave a gift to my child, who loved it! And the breakfast? As a foreign traveler, I really appreciated their patience and the excellent service they provided. They also helped me arrange the shipment of some of my luggage to Shanghai, which made my trip much easier and more comfortable. "I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. A very special thank you to Miss Iris, who truly made our stay exceptional. She kindly upgraded our room, which made our trip even more enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, patiently answering all of my questions and always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Every time I had a problem, I simply reached out to her, and it was solved right away. She also made both the check-in and check-out process quick and effortless. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness are a real credit to the hotel. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options. My absolute favorite part of the hotel was the Executive Lounge. It became my go-to place to relax, work, and enjoy a meal. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, and the view is simply the best in town. It’s the perfect space if you want to unwind or get some work done. While I wasn’t particularly impressed with the swimming pool and sauna (I have experienced better facilities at other hotels) but the gym definitely made up for it. It was well-equipped, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Reformer Pilates machines, which is something you don’t often see in hotel gyms. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The outstanding service, especially from Miss Iris, the excellent food, and the Executive Lounge made this a memorable experience. "The environment was okay, I guess. But the front desk staff had a really strange attitude, very passive-aggressive. Is it that weird for three people to stay in one room? And I clearly requested a quiet room, so why was I placed right next to the elevator? Also, I think I was supposed to get a welcome fruit plate, but I never saw one."
