"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and I am really satisfied with my experience. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location. The hotel is very close to Futian Market, which made shopping and business activities extremely convenient. It only takes a short time to reach the market, saving a lot of energy and time. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well organized. What impressed me the most was the housekeeping service. The room was cleaned very carefully every single day. Everything was refreshed daily, the room always felt fresh, towels were replaced, and everything was arranged neatly. After a long and busy day, it was very relaxing to come back to such a clean and comfortable room. Another thing I really enjoyed was the breakfast. Breakfast every morning was delicious and gave a great start to the day. I especially liked the pancakes— they were soft, fresh, and very tasty. I also enjoyed the eggs served during breakfast. Having these every morning became one of my favorite parts of staying here. The breakfast had good variety and made the overall experience even better. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to rest well after long days. Everything was maintained properly and the overall atmosphere felt pleasant and relaxing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area, especially people who plan to visit Futian Market. I would gladly stay here again in the future."

"My stay this time wasn't great, mainly due to two issues: 1. **Room Hardware Problem:** When I took a shower at night, I found the drain was completely blocked. The water wouldn't go down at all, and within a few minutes, it overflowed the shower stall, flooding the entire bathroom floor. I hope the hotel can regularly check and unblock drains. 2. **Breakfast Service Issue:** This one needs to be highlighted. In the morning, while having breakfast downstairs, an older lady working at one of the food stations had an extremely poor attitude. When I asked her questions, she was unresponsive and dismissive, not even giving me noodles, acting as if I owed her money. I was hoping to start my day with a pleasant breakfast, but instead, I ended up infuriated. As a service industry, basic politeness and a good attitude should be a given, right? Overall, the room issue is understandable, but poor service attitude is truly unacceptable. I hope the hotel provides training for its staff. I won't be considering this hotel again in the future. The 2.5-star rating is given to the breakfast manager and the housekeeping manager, whose attitudes were sincere; however, the training for the lower-level service staff definitely needs to be strengthened!"

"The staff was super friendly even they did not speak any english they tried the best to be nice and kind, the room was super clean and very modern. Breakfast was only ok, but for the price of the night it was well worth it, i had to extend the night. I am very pleased."

And I clearly requested a quiet room, so why was I placed right next to the elevator? Also, I think I was supposed to get a welcome fruit plate, but I never saw one."

The location is excellent—it’s very close to Districts 1, 2, and 3 of the Yiwu International Trade Market, making it really convenient if you’re here for sourcing or shopping. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Communication with the staff was also very easy through WeChat, and they were quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re visiting Yiwu and want a convenient, clean, and hassle-free place to stay."

"This hotel is incredibly convenient, right across the street from the Santing Road Night Market – just walk downstairs and cross the road. They even provide a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a foam roller, so I could keep up with my workouts while traveling, which was great! In the morning, I went for a 10km run by the river, which was invigorating! For laundry, there's a self-service laundry room with both washing and drying facilities. Breakfast was also quite good. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Yiwu."

"Sharing the same front desk and pool as the Marriott, the pool is a real highlight and perfect for kids. The room comes with an induction hob, which is handy if you want to cook your own meals. It's right next to the Trade City, and only about a 10-minute taxi ride to Binwang Night Market."

The lady at reception was incredibly patient, gave us a guide map to the small commodities market, and even recommended sightseeing routes. Truly fantastic service! The location is also unbeatable. There are so many dining options right near the hotel, with a whole street full of restaurants and bubble tea shops. It's just a few hundred meters walk to the international trade city, and not far from Santing Road Night Market, about 3 kilometers. For this location, it's incredibly good value for money. Plus, the hotel lobby on the first floor doubles as a coffee shop and a bar at night, and it's always bustling and lively, open 24 hours. Overall, everything was excellent, but the hotel's location and service really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the international trade city!"

"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The higher floors offer beautiful views, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich, a perfect blend of Western and Chinese options. The rooms are also spotlessly clean, which is a huge plus. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they even offer late-night snacks, something I've never encountered before! The hotel service is excellent and very helpful. Definitely a recommended hotel."
