"Our stay here was a truly delightful experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a plethora of dining options nearby and extremely convenient transportation. The room was spacious and bright, impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in and through the check-in process. The breakfast spread was extensive and authentic, providing plenty of energy to start the new day. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, excellent facilities, and professional service. "The hotel is a bit hard to find as the netvigation took you to other side of the hotel. There was a lake by the side of the hotel but some construction while we stay which wakes us up early in the morning."

"The hotel is quite old, but it's well-maintained, and the room hygiene is acceptable. This family suite is a one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom setup, with spacious rooms that are pretty good for families. It has two balconies, but since it's on the ground floor, the view is almost completely blocked. However, I have to complain about the bathroom. Soon after checking in, we noticed a sewage smell. First, the bathroom in the living room started smelling, which made the entire living room stinky. I reported it to the front desk, and they arranged to fix it. Later that night, when we returned, the smell in the living room bathroom was gone, but then the bathroom in the bedroom started emitting an odor. A little while later, the living room bathroom started smelling again. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the stay because of the smell. It's likely due to old plumbing in the building. But the staff's attitude was good; they promptly brought water and carpet replenishment when requested at night. Perhaps because it was the May Day holiday, the breakfast buffet required queuing and entry in shifts. Plus, the food selection was limited, and it was crowded, so the experience wasn't great."

Nearby Attractions: The hotel is right next to Tongxin Lover's Bridge, and close to many other attractions. It's a short drive to Hongqi Tea Factory, Underground River, and Chocolate Kingdom. Service: A big shout-out to the hot springs department staff! They were always prompt and helpful with any needs we had. Since it's surrounded by nature, we encountered some insects, but the staff were always there to help us deal with them. One evening, we were enjoying the hot springs when a heavy rain started. The staff were so caring, asking if we needed straw hats or dry towels and quickly going to fetch them for us."

"The balcony of the room has a direct view of the lake, which is particularly beautiful. The room was clean and spacious. I stayed here and then drove to various attractions by myself. It was comfortable and cost-effective. The hotel staff had a very good service attitude and were soft-spoken. They gave me fruit, biscuits and yogurt in the evening, and also gave them as gifts when I checked out. Our Yinghong No. 9 black tea and Nongfu Spring water."

"I have always wanted to take my family to Yingde to see the mountains. I have been choosing hotels and B&Bs online for a long time. The weekend B&Bs are highly overpriced and may have health problems. Then I chose the Orange Hotel, which opened this year. The environmental sanitation is very good. Linxiao Town, Lifeng It was only an hour's drive away. When we arrived at the hotel on Saturday night, the handsome guy named Wu at the front desk saw that we were older and younger and upgraded us to two adjacent rooms on the same floor for free. Thank you very much! Very user-friendly service! The hotel buffet on the second day had a small variety but tasted good. I ate two bowls of rice noodles. 😄The restaurant staff were also very enthusiastic and had a very good service attitude. Thumbs up! I will choose Orange Hotel next time I come."

"This pet-friendly B&B was worth the visit, even on a rainy day (the front desk even gave my little dog a welcome gift – pee pads, poop bags, and protective spray, all very useful!). Before arrival, the front desk attendant contacted me with parking directions, local attraction tips, and restaurant recommendations. Since it was raining, I decided to have dinner at the B&B's restaurant. The steamed sea bass was absolutely delicious! Plus, a friendly cat joined me for dinner, haha. The B&B's pool is quite large and the water is very clean; swimming in it was incredibly relaxing. Our room was in a Japanese tatami style, clean and odor-free. And for the southern climate, having dry and fresh bedding in the room is so important! After dinner, I took a stroll around the B&B. The surrounding green, rolling, misty hills were truly breathtaking. This is definitely a place I'd visit again."

I can control the lights, air conditioning, and TV with just my voice – I'm very satisfied with the hardware! The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and gave excellent recommendations for leisure activities around the hotel. The housekeeping staff were also very polite.
