"Extremely satisfied! The hotel's facilities, environment, and service are all excellent, with every detail, both hardware and software, being perfectly executed. Great value for money! You can tell the owner is very good at business and quite generous! Oh, there's one tiny flaw I forgot to mention to the staff: the shower door tends to hit the glass partition separating it from the toilet when opened. Perhaps a bumper strip could be added to prevent guests from accidentally breaking it."

"Warmth from check-in to check-out! The front desk proactively offered hot tea and local tips. The room was incredibly soundproof, and even the bathroom corners were spotless. They even offered pillows of different firmness. At check-out, they thoughtfully helped pack breakfast. This level of care truly touched me, and it's already on my list for a return stay! The front desk lady was beautiful and kind, with a sweet smile."

"The room overall was great, with the swimming lane right outside the balcony. The surrounding environment is beautiful, with Swan Lake and Baojing Palace scenic area, making these three days very fulfilling and satisfying. The room also has an air purifier. During our stay, there was a guest group chat where we could request anything we needed, and the customer service staff were very quick to respond. Manager Chen Jinling provided excellent service; she contacted me before arrival to send the hotel's location and explain many of the hotel's services, as well as restaurant opening hours and locations. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful; on the second day, I requested a change of bed linen, and they promptly took care of it without any hesitation. Overall, both adults and children were quite satisfied."

"I have always wanted to take my family to Yingde to see the mountains. I have been choosing hotels and B&Bs online for a long time. The weekend B&Bs are highly overpriced and may have health problems. Then I chose the Orange Hotel, which opened this year. The environmental sanitation is very good. Linxiao Town, Lifeng It was only an hour's drive away. When we arrived at the hotel on Saturday night, the handsome guy named Wu at the front desk saw that we were older and younger and upgraded us to two adjacent rooms on the same floor for free. Thank you very much! Very user-friendly service! The hotel buffet on the second day had a small variety but tasted good. I ate two bowls of rice noodles. 😄The restaurant staff were also very enthusiastic and had a very good service attitude. Thumbs up! I will choose Orange Hotel next time I come."

Detached villas are available, perfect for multi-generational family holidays. Cleanliness: The bathroom drainage is quite poor. After a shower of less than 10 minutes, you'll be standing in water, which needs improvement. Environment: Superb. Service: Superb. "When checking in, the front desk colleague had no smile. When she asked me for my ID, she didn't use professional words like ”please ask”. She took my ID and said, ”The person staying here needs to provide ID.” I said you already have my ID, and then she said the person staying here needs to register. There was no subject or other words at all. I was checking in with a friend at the time, but my friend was not staying. It was not professional for her to say that. The floor attendants didn't smile or say hello when they saw the guests. I was preparing to have breakfast in the morning, and the housekeeper asked me if I wanted to clean up when she saw me coming out of the room. I said to help me pick up the garbage on the coffee table first, and wait until I came back to do the rest. Then she asked if only garbage collection was ok and there was no cleaning today. I repeated it again, and she asked if there was no cleaning today. Finally, I said to wait until I came back, and she gave up. This kind of trickery is really unacceptable to guests."

They actively helped with luggage and patiently explained the hotel facilities, making us feel right at home. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, and the air is exceptionally fresh, full of negative ions. It's only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the hot spring area. Soaking in the warm spring water while breathing in the negative-ion-rich air just melts away all the fatigue and stress – it's incredibly therapeutic! Overall, the service is excellent, the environment is fantastic, the facilities are comprehensive, and the hot springs are conveniently close. It's perfect for family trips or vacations with friends. They decorated the room for our dog's birthday for free, which was incredibly heartwarming! 3. They gave us an extra breakfast, both generous and attentive! 4. They personally guided us to our room, explaining the hotel layout and functional areas along the way – truly dedicated service! 5. KTV room, billiards room, kids' play area, private hot spring, meditation room, in-room projector – all available for free on demand… Such great value… 6. The common areas looked exactly like the photos, perfect for pictures, and even had a free Nintendo Switch to play. 7.
