"I booked this room for a friend I was traveling with. The room had a great orientation with a mountain view, and the karst landscape outside the window was absolutely stunning. We originally booked a twin room, but ended up with three people, and the front desk was incredibly accommodating. They even gave us extra breakfast vouchers and tickets to the T Three Tea Garden. The hotel is close to the Little Zhaozhou Bridge, and beautiful mountain scenery surrounds the area. Right outside the hotel is a classic cycling route, and bike rentals are also very convenient."

"I stayed in a lake-view room, which was spacious and clean. Opening the window, I was greeted by the scenic Swan Lake, offering a quiet and comfortable environment – perfect for a restful stay. The hotel's buffet restaurant boasts an excellent view, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety, including Cantonese dim sum, freshly prepared noodles, Western pastries, fruits, and drinks – all delicious. The resort has a great selection of activities. We checked out the ancient stalactite cave, the Tiangong Lake Glass Bridge, and the jungle coaster. There's also the Chayu Hot Springs, the Mountain Spring Water World, and Swan Lake boat rides. The kids had a fantastic time!"

"Warmth from check-in to check-out! The front desk proactively offered hot tea and local tips. The room was incredibly soundproof, and even the bathroom corners were spotless. They even offered pillows of different firmness. At check-out, they thoughtfully helped pack breakfast. This level of care truly touched me, and it's already on my list for a return stay! The front desk lady was beautiful and kind, with a sweet smile."

"While the overall environment was decent, my ground-floor room was damp and musty. The soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. The air conditioning even on the lowest setting was incredibly loud, which significantly affected my sleep. The toothbrush quality was also poor, with bristles falling out. Before arriving, I inquired about the mahjong room charge, and was quoted 42 yuan per hour. However, upon arrival, the staff said it was 218 yuan for four hours. Although they honored the 42 yuan rate after I questioned it, I still felt quite annoyed by the whole situation. Today, during check-out, my charging cable got stuck. A kind staff member in a white shirt and an engineer eventually helped me resolve the issue. I'm very grateful for their excellent attitude and assistance. Five stars for them!"

"The balcony of the room has a direct view of the lake, which is particularly beautiful. The room was clean and spacious. I stayed here and then drove to various attractions by myself. It was comfortable and cost-effective. The hotel staff had a very good service attitude and were soft-spoken. They gave me fruit, biscuits and yogurt in the evening, and also gave them as gifts when I checked out. Our Yinghong No. 9 black tea and Nongfu Spring water."

"This hotel should be the best hotel in Yingde. It is opposite the Yinghong Government and the Public Security Bureau (Figure 1) and is more than ten kilometers away from the city center. Because it is located in an industrial park, there are no commercial and entertainment facilities around, and most meals are eaten at nearby farmhouses (the large canteen in the Hongqi Tea Factory one kilometer away is not bad). The hot spring pool on the second floor is as shown in the second picture. It is this big. In Figure 3, there is a camping and barbecue site between the two floors. There is a karaoke room on the second floor with various set meals. There is a Meiyajia in the park. The service staff are warm and polite, greet us constantly when we meet them, and respond quickly to problems. The room is big enough, the lighting is bright, and the 1.35-meter bed is suitable for parent-child travel. Things to be improved: 1. Although there are many choices of breakfast food, such as chicken chops, pork chops, porridge, noodles, bread, whole grains, etc., the preparation time may be long and many of them are cold, which greatly affects the appetite and is very unpalatable. The coffee is instant and the yogurt is in bulk...2. I've been staying in hotels for 30 years and this is the first time I've encountered a clogged toilet 🚽, speechless. 3. Watching TV requires a lot of intelligence, and in the end I had to ask the staff for help."

"Extremely satisfied! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Even before arriving, they answered all my questions thoughtfully. During my stay, they were incredibly responsive to every request, and I even received a parting gift when I checked out. The room facilities were fantastic, and because there weren't many guests, they proactively upgraded my room. The room was well-equipped, and the guesthouse's scenery was absolutely beautiful – it felt like I was living right inside a picturesque landscape. They also provided complimentary tickets to the tea plantation, which is very close by, though I'd say it's an optional visit. It's also not far from the Heshun Karst Cave, so you can easily stop by if you're in the area. Plus, there's passion fruit picking right outside, and the breakfast was delicious!"
