"Staying at the Silvia Hotel during my trip to Weihai exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance to Hanlefang Night Market, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also not far from Weihai Station, which made getting around very easy. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a large floor-to-ceiling window offering fantastic views of the city and the sea. The scenery was truly beautiful. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, plus a bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and responsive. The hotel has comprehensive facilities, and parking is convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money, making it suitable for both leisure travel and short-term stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Weihai next time!"

"The location is excellent, with a sea view room offering a 270° panoramic ocean view right from the bed. The room's facilities are great, and the service is very warm and welcoming. "I was surprised the ocean view from the 14th floor was so great. What truly stood out was their incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. From the front desk staff during check-in to the concierge manager upon departure, every staff member we encountered was patient, helpful, and very considerate. I also didn't expect the complimentary afternoon tea to be so good; enjoying tea with the ocean view was a perfect way to experience the scenery without getting scorched by the sun. To avoid the crowds, we went to Liugong Island early, and the 6:30 AM breakfast was already complete and plentiful. They even extended our check-out time to 2 PM, giving us ample time to pack and head to our next destination. Highly recommended!"

"The service was excellent. We stayed here during our summer vacation and it was very comfortable. The staff member proactively upgraded our room for free, and the front desk was very responsive to all our requests. It's right across from Half Moon Bay, making it convenient for watching the sunrise and getting to other places. Personally, I think it's much easier to drive here than in some of the more popular areas, and the scenery is even more beautiful. We brought our dog on this trip, and there's a lawn right outside the hotel, plus the beach is dog-friendly. The Haiyuan Park nearby, great for catching seafood, is also fantastic. If you're driving, I don't think you'll need to rent an electric scooter; parking at the hotel is perfectly fine."

"The room had no strange smells, was spacious and comfortable, definitely a high-end hotel type. Breakfast was abundant, and the location was super convenient – right outside the station! It's also very close to Hanlefang Night Market, making getting around easy. We rented an electric scooter and I highly recommend (Bajie Rentals) downstairs; the owner is really nice. Weihai left a great impression on us. We were so busy having fun that we didn't take any photos of the hotel, but I definitely recommend this place."

"The hotel's location right next to Kowloon City Mall is super convenient for shopping and dining. You can even access the mall's food court and shops directly from the hotel's fifth-floor fire exit. Plus, there's a taxi stand right at the mall's ground floor entrance, making transportation in and out a breeze. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff are young, energetic, and very friendly. They proactively offered us water, and a hotel attendant helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room – excellent service all around. Security is top-notch. You need to swipe your room card to use the elevator, which provides a high sense of safety. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant's dining environment is elegant with a great atmosphere. There are even chefs on-site preparing fresh noodles and omelets – very attentive service. The hotel parking is located on the ground floor plaza and is free of charge. If you're driving, it's easier to enter the hotel from Linhai Road, especially when unloading luggage. The room was very clean and bright. The bathroom features a spacious wet/dry separation and the facilities are very new. Mineral water is amply supplied. The cleaning staff are diligent, friendly, and very courteous. Every staff member we encountered in the hotel had a smile on their face and greeted us warmly. What sets this hotel's staff apart is their professionalism and thoughtfulness. They were able to immediately and effectively address any issues we raised. It's a highly recommended hotel, and if I ever return to Weihai, I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"The hotel called us in advance to confirm our check-in time and sent us a message with directions. When we arrived, they even upgraded us to a suite and prepared small gifts for the kids, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was decent; it's not a five-star hotel, but it had everything we needed. The late check-out was also great – the kids got to play in the sea, come back for a shower, and then we checked out, which was super convenient. I left a ring behind, and customer service messaged me about it. It's the kind of small item that's easily overlooked, which shows how meticulous the housekeeping staff are. Being right on the beach downstairs was incredibly convenient too."

"Parking is convenient, the hotel is easy to find, and the sanitation is acceptable. There's fruit and plenty of water in the room. Breakfast ends at 10:00, but if you go by 9:30, there's basically nothing left. I especially want to commend the front desk lady. One evening, quite late, I suddenly remembered I forgot to bring a package up, but my child was asleep, so it was inconvenient for me to go down and get it myself. I called the front desk, and the lady was very helpful and delivered it to my room within a minute. I'm so grateful to her. (She has a thin, oval face and glasses.) But!! Let's be honest, here are some negatives: couldn't the maid clean the room later? We stayed for three nights. On the first day, there was a knock on the door at 9:00 a.m. for cleaning. I tolerated it and let the maid in. Since I was still washing and putting on makeup, I only let them take out the trash. I didn't pick up anything else. Because I went to bed late that night and wanted to sleep in the next day, I didn't want to get up early. To prevent them from knocking on my door so early to clean up, I deliberately hung a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. As a result, around 9 o'clock the next day, they still knocked on the door and asked if I wanted to clean up. Oh my god, can't they see the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door?! I was speechless! I was really angry! I was really convinced!"
