"The front desk lady was so kind and beautiful. We arrived too early and our booked room wasn't ready, so she upgraded us to a sea-view room for free! The view was stunning, we could watch the beautiful sunset. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. There was a small issue with the hairdryer, but it was resolved super quickly after I messaged them on WeChat. The hotel's location is also great, very close to the Torch 8th Street photo spot, just a five-minute walk. If you're an early riser, you can go there early to beat the crowds!"

"I was lucky enough to get a room with a view this time, where I could see the sea and even the sunrise. Thanks to the friendly service at the front desk, and they even had hotel bikes available for loan, which was all beyond my expectations. During the National Day holiday, trying to hail a taxi after leaving an attraction in Weihai was just wishful thinking. On the first day, after leaving Maotou Mountain around 4 PM, I spent over an hour, even offering extra money, but still couldn't get a taxi. I ended up walking 5-6 kilometers back to the hotel. Learning from that experience, I borrowed a bike from the hotel and cycled to other attractions, which was incredibly convenient! Although the bike seat wasn't comfortable and the bell didn't work (everything else made noise, though), it didn't affect the ride, haha. Also, it would have been even better if the refrigerator actually cooled."

"The location is excellent, right in Hanlefang, with a lively atmosphere downstairs. It's very convenient for dining, strolling, and shopping in the evening. It's also close to the train and bus stations. It's a bit of a distance from Torch Eight Street, about a 30-minute taxi ride. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is also quiet at night. However, there are a few rather unique aspects: 1. There's a turnstile between the lobby and the elevators that requires a room card swipe. While swiping a room card for the elevator is common, having an additional turnstile like an office building is unusual and overly cumbersome. 2. The room layout is very unique; you have to 'search' for the toilet, shower, walk-in closet, and toiletries, as they are not immediately obvious. The closet door, when pulled out, directly blocks the entrance door. 3. A deposit is required upon check-in, though the refund process is quick. 4. For luggage storage, you need to scan a QR code yourself. It's free for up to 6 hours, and even if you exceed that, the front desk can still arrange free storage. 5. I stayed for two consecutive nights on two separate bookings. Even though I had called the night before to confirm a continuous stay without room cleaning or changes, the next day I couldn't open my door upstairs and had to go back to the front desk on the first floor to swipe my card again. I've had similar situations in Yantai where I could smoothly use my card for continuous check-in without this double process. Overall, the staff were very helpful, and they promptly contacted me when I left an item behind, which I greatly appreciated. However, the overall check-in experience felt less than user-friendly, with various cumbersome procedures. I'm not sure if this management style is typical for hotels in Weihai or just this particular one. It's not necessarily bad, just very different – I haven't encountered these specific situations anywhere else in the country."

"The hotel environment is quiet and pleasant. Special commendation to the front desk staff – check-in was efficient, they patiently answered all our questions about local attractions, and their service was attentive and enthusiastic. We had a great travel experience and highly recommend this place! The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. Overall, a fantastic experience."

"The room was clean, facilities were new, and toiletries were well-stocked. The privacy was excellent; you needed to use your room card to access the guest room areas, and it was perfectly quiet at night. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious. The hotel itself was beautiful. Beyond the white buildings and the large seaside pool, even the small details were lovely. Laundry was convenient, and I never had to wait to use the laundry room. Turning left outside the hotel, you can walk along the boardwalk to Torch Eight Street. Turning right, you can reach Xiaoshi Island to go clamming and watch the sunset. Both are only about a ten-minute walk away. There's also a wonderful seaside cafe right next door. The service was great. The butler greeted us, helped with luggage upon arrival and departure, proactively asked about our needs during our stay, inquired if we had enough snacks, and the welcome fruit was abundant. Every day, we'd encounter a dairy cat roaming around – it was clean, plump, and seemed to be living quite well. The downside is that the restaurant only serves breakfast, and the highly-rated dinner options are no longer available. Besides a newly opened restaurant right outside (with no reviews yet, and judging by the sign, it also seems to sell health products), the nearest restaurants are a ten-minute walk to Xiaoshi Island. This meant we had to go out twice a day, preventing us from simply relaxing at the hotel."

"Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and exceeded our expectations, especially for a quiet family vacation. However, Weihai is a very long and narrow city from north to south. I wouldn't recommend it if your main destination is Torch Eight Street, as it's very, very far. It's much more suitable if your main destination is Hanlefang. From the hotel, you can easily reach Jiulong Bay Park with a minimum fare, which is great for kids to go crabbing and many locals also come here to pick clams. **Facilities:** The bedding is very comfortable, especially for someone like me who is particular about pillows – I was very satisfied. Other facilities are standard for this price point, including a swimming pool and a gym. The shallow end of the pool is 1.2 meters deep, and the water temperature is 28-29 degrees Celsius. **Hygiene:** The room felt very new, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Those with young children can rest assured. **Environment:** The hotel's interior is excellent. On our first day, it was very windy, and our child played in the lobby on the ground floor for half the day without getting bored. The exterior is a relatively quiet residential area. **Service:** They offer pick-up and drop-off service from Weihai Station, and there were welcome fruits. If we had any issues, the butler was always reachable. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully gave us some fruits and snacks. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, and baby utensils were available."

"Overall, the hotel location is quite good, and it's easy to hail a taxi. There's Kowloon City Mall nearby, but it doesn't have many dining options. The hotel breakfast has limited variety, but it's still decent. The car charter service recommended by the hotel was terrible; I felt ripped off. Weihai's tourism infrastructure isn't great – dining, drinking, and entertainment are all underdeveloped. Definitely avoid Xianghai Beach; it's so dirty, mostly just water sports equipment, and the shower and changing facilities are absolutely disgusting. I heard from locals that the coastline at Xianghai was artificially reclaimed, so seriously, don't go there. The sightseeing bus is good. I don't recommend renting an electric scooter; the roads are dangerous with lots of people and cars. If you absolutely must, you can rent one by the coast on Binhai Middle Road and ride around."

Taxis to Weigao Plaza and Liugong Island Pier are super convenient. Plus, food deliveries come straight to your room, and they even help with luggage. The bedding in the room is really comfortable, and they thoughtfully provide disposable bath bags. The hygiene is spotless, and I really appreciate the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. Front desk staffer Xiao Yang was incredibly efficient with check-in. So many thoughtful details, my experience here was perfect!"
