"The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the overall environment was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, spoke gently and patiently, and were helpful in answering any questions, which made us feel very at ease. The soundproofing was also good; we weren't really bothered by outside noise at night, allowing us to get a good rest. The location is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"For Tainan, this place offers great value for money. It has a sauna, pool, gym, and a super central location. If you have a reason to visit Tainan, this is a good option. The service attitude is better than other hotels in Tainan in the same price range, perhaps due to cultural influence; they are especially attentive to Japanese guests, which is fine."

"Simply perfect... The overall quality and comfort were outstanding. The dorm room was spacious and airy, featuring a full-length mirror and a long table with benches in the center for guests to place their belongings. My bunk felt very comfortable and hassle-free, perhaps because I was assigned a lower bunk, which made getting in and out easy. The upper bunks might be a bit more inconvenient. A great plus was that even the lower bunks were quite high, unlike some hostels where the beds are so low you feel like you're almost lying on the floor. The shower facilities were very comfortable, and they even provided hair oil. The common areas were also delightful, cozy, and beautifully designed with excellent分区. Upon check-in, they gave me a small Tainan travel guide. I read it thoroughly and found it incredibly charming and useful. The memory of relaxing on the beanbag in the common area, reading and taking notes that evening, is still so vivid. All in all, I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Tainan."

"Fantastic hotel in a very strategic location. Easy access to Tainan's main attractions. Comfy beds and good air con. Overall outstanding value so I stayed here twice. Amazing views especially at night time from the upper floors. Sadly a pretty average brekky spread with cheap ingredients. Keeping the hot food hot would be a great start before they work on improving the dishes."

"They assigned one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Tainan for my stay at the Hotel. The place was extremely clean and comfy. The room I was assigned was large and chic. Plenty of space and care with the details. The only downside for me was the breakfast, since the rooms gave the impression of a 5-star hotel I was expecting more variety and mostly a fast replenishment, the meat was finished and even though I waited for 30 min no one came to replace it. Another thing to note was the laundry room, the machines were a bit small and outdated But again for the price I paid was an excellant choice and the hotel staff specially through this app seems to care about my experience so therefore I will rate them 10/10 with a little room for improvement. "Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from the train station. The room was nice, with a large and comfortable bed, and very little noise, which made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom trash can was a bit too small, but otherwise, everything was great."

"Excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk from Tainan Station, even with luggage. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance to major attractions like Chihkan Tower and Grand Matsu Temple. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, and communication with the hotel via LINE was quick and clear. The room was cozy and spacious enough for one person, with all basic amenities like a fridge and hairdryer. Although the hotel is in a commercial building, the soundproofing was acceptable; it wasn't too noisy despite a tutoring center downstairs. There's room for improvement in cleanliness and hygiene, especially the noticeable odor in the bathroom. On the second morning of my stay, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the toilet."

"This is my second time staying here, and I also took the opportunity to visit the nearby historical sites. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room was clean, and the self-service luggage storage was a great bonus."

"Great place to stay in Tainan. Super close to the train station. Lovely quiet room at the end of the corridor overlooking the (empty) swimming pool. Friendly service, and a nice touch with snacks available at 9pm. The hotel is older (still need a physical key to unlock the room door) but it's in great condition. We didn't eat there, so cannot comment on the food or restaurant. We thought it was very reasonably priced for our Sunday night stay and would happily book again."

"The hotel rooms are good, the front desk staff provides excellent service, and the location is in the old town, making it convenient to explore the area on foot. However, the hotel is far from Tainan train station, so you might need to take a taxi; it's not walkable. Overall, this hotel is very good. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices that change daily, and the food tastes good."
