Family friendly Hotels in Tainan

Aloft in Tainan, Taiwan, has exceeded my expectations with its welcoming ambiance, excellent vibes, and standout service. The hotel's proficient English-speaking and super-friendly staff, especially Dudu at the reception and Paul at the bar, adds to the seamless and enjoyable stay. Their exceptional service truly sets the tone for a remarkable experience. I must also mention the impeccable clean rooms and excellent amenities that further enhance the overall stay. Special appreciation goes to the Duty Manager, Sue Su, whose friendly and helpful nature has been a standout feature, enhancing the overall warmth and hospitality of Aloft. Kudos to Sue Su for turning my stay into a delightful experience filled with smiles and positive vibes!

The view is great~ There are cloakrooms and two toilets~ The windows are also ring-shaped~ There are two TVs in the front and back... There is a swimming pool on the top floor~ You can take a walk on it in the afternoon~ There is a new comprehensive 7-11 downstairs, which is more convenient.

The hotel service is exceptionally pleasant. All staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, within walking distance to the Tainan metro. Nearby, there are shopping malls and restaurants. I have sampled all the hotel restaurants, and the flavors are fantastic. It is the top hotel choice for booking in Tainan.

Service was amazing, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are pretty good with letting you choose either a Western or Chinese style buffet breakfast. Room is clean and with a nice view of Tainan City (was on 12th floor).

A family oriented hotel so solo travelers might felt a bit ignored. Adding a coffee machine at the lobby would be very helpful. They follow Japanese check in check out hours and also quite strict about it… I think that’s the biggest downside of the hotel. You will have to wait exactly after 3pm for the room and out in 11 even they are not full. Otherwise the room and location is good, would recommend.

Staff is friendly, hostel bed are clean and free amenities available. Level 3 hangout area is good and well maintained too. will recommend this hotel for future stay. side note, if you book hostel room, there will no parking space allocated.

I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant. First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge. Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned. Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef. I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

Seriously, the location is very good, the environment is also very good, there is an amazing infinity pool, and a children's play area, but the only drawback is that the bed in the room is really bad, and the pillows are not good either! Those who are serious about sleeping should think about it~ There are no supplies, and they are not provided and you have to buy them yourself. The room price at this price seriously feels that the environment is five stars, but the accommodation is only three stars~ I would like to praise here. Although the all-you-can-eat dishes are not particularly large, everything is delicious ~ I highly recommend it!

In terms of tidiness, the room was kept very clean and made one feel at ease and relaxed. Especially the bed sheets and towels make people feel the hotel's care. In terms of catering, the hotel's buffet breakfast is rich and varied, with both Western and Chinese options, and the ingredients are fresh. I also had dinner in the hotel's restaurant. The dishes are not only delicious, but the presentation is also full of creativity, and the dining atmosphere is good. The environment makes the overall experience more special. Overall, this hotel is excellent in terms of room facilities, cleanliness and food quality. It is a very pleasant stay experience. I would recommend it to travelers who want to enjoy a high-quality accommodation experience!

There is only Shanhua Night Market near the hotel, so transportation is not very convenient. The landscaping nearby is just garden landscaping. Thank you to the hotel for providing birthday gifts and decorations, including breakfast and midnight snacks, which are very delicious. The environment of the swimming pool is very average. There are too many leaves and feathers and need to be cleaned more frequently. There is a water machine on the floor but no hot water, which is a bit deducted. If you have children, you can add money to participate in activities such as playing with the kiln, picking non-toxic fruits and vegetables in the vegetable garden, playing with paintball, and fishing. There is only a more expensive Hong Kong-style dim sum restaurant downstairs, but the taste is still good. When staying here, if you are hungry, there are still cookies, candies, and drinks downstairs. It is highly recommended that if you get off from Shanhua Railway Station, you should reserve a shuttle bus (free) with the hotel one day in advance, otherwise you will have to drag your luggage through a long staircase.
