"Booked this hotel for a business trip. The front desk staff were friendly and incredibly diligent. They offered turn-down service, and the breakfast in the morning had a great variety and was very plentiful. It's only one bus stop away from the airport and easy to find."

"An excellent choice for frequent business travelers. The location is super convenient, right near Wanda Plaza. The rooms are spacious and bright, perfect for getting work done. The self-service laundry room is a lifesaver for long trips, and the gym is great for squeezing in a workout during downtime. All the facilities are well-maintained. It makes business trips so much more hassle-free."

"Overall, my stay was very satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making transportation convenient and surrounded by a developed business district. It's super easy to get around for sightseeing and activities. The open-concept front desk offered attentive service, with staff who were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and smooth. The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient. Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, giving plenty of time without feeling rushed, and it offers great value for money."

"Grand Honor Hotel is definitely the best hotel in Shishi, but it’s not quite the same level as a luxury hotel in a bigger city. Generally the hotel is clean, but it’s the little things that I noticed, ie when I checked in, there were some sweet wrappers next to the bowl of sweets that weren’t cleared away. That said, the sense of space is evident in the hotel lobby, lifts, corridors and most importantly, the hotel rooms. Rooms are very spacious and well-designed, although the closet area can definitely do with brighter lights. Most amenities are provided but what put me off is that many items that would have been free in other hotels at this price-range aren’t free at Grand Honor. There is a Chinese tea set on the table and usually the loose leaf tea is provided for free but it cost ¥15 per packet. Honestly it’s not a lot of money for us, but on the flip side, surely the hotel can provide a bag of tea leaves for their guests. There are the standard free single-use packet tea in the drawer so at least there’s that. In-room slippers are not to be taken out; they’d charge you if you do - and that’s fine, but the slippers are actually really uncomfortable to wear. The small plate of fruits (banana, plum and mandarin) given at 5pm every day is a nice touch. The hotel breakfast is probably the highlight. Set on the 22nd floor with panoramic views of the city, breakfast is very enjoyable. The food quality is pretty good, but a real surprise here is the sheer diversity of food. The bread selection alone has 5-6 choices (pastries, brioche, baguette, square toast, etc), the cooked food section is almost endless (and there’s cooked Chinese vegetables! 👏🏾) and then there’s the fruit selection at the end too. My only gripe is that the coffee machine is a bit slow, and there’s only one machine so there can be a wait for coffee. Location of the hotel is a little odd; good restaurants and the main mall is about 15 mins’ walk away. There aren’t many good shops to wander around nearby. Generally, this is a solid hotel for this price point. Excellent service with very fast food delivery (using the ubiquitous delivery robots) and friendly front desk staff."

"The service is definitely commendable. The staff member, Nan, was very friendly and efficient with the check-in process, and the room was spotlessly clean. The only downside is that the hotel's main sign is a bit small, and the parking directions are unclear. I had to drive around once to find it, which was quite disappointing for a first-time guest. I hope the hotel can add clearer and more prominent directional signs in both the underground parking lot and on the ground level. This improvement would greatly benefit guests arriving by car and enhance the overall experience by making the hotel's presence more apparent throughout the entire area."

"For my May Day holiday trip, I chose a suite at the Kelton Hotel Sunshine Store, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! 🎉 The suite was incredibly spacious with an open and airy layout. The decor was both luxurious and cozy. The entire suite featured smart home controls, making everything super convenient – I could control the lights and curtains with just my voice, which was very high-tech. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it incredibly relaxing to lie down on. The toiletries were also of high quality, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation design was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Even though there were many guests checking in during the May Day holiday, the check-in process was quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, plus some delicious Southern Fujian specialty snacks. Getting around and shopping downstairs was very convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and leisure options nearby. It's perfect for both family trips and gatherings with friends. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Jinjiang! 👍"

"This is my second stay at Wyndham, and I absolutely have to praise the service in Quanzhou. First, the front desk service: the young ladies were so gentle and friendly, their welcome felt like a heartwarming spring letter. Even though they were busy, they answered all my questions about local routes without a hint of impatience and proactively communicated with me multiple times to address my suggestions regarding room soundproofing. Next, the restaurant: the dishes were plentiful, and the vermicelli paste was delicious, instantly elevating my impression of Minnan cuisine. Server Liu Jie (Sister Liu) was simply an angel; her friendly yet relaxed service was incredibly comfortable and thoughtful. She even personally delivered a dish I casually mentioned the next day right to my table. The hotel is also very accommodating towards children. Finally, a word about Mr. Zhang, our airport transfer driver: though the ride wasn't long, his driving was very steady, and he thoughtfully prepared snacks and water for my child. This made our brief trip to Quanzhou end with an ellipsis… of eagerly awaiting our next visit."

"The room was spacious, and the beds could even be combined, offering great flexibility for our stay. It was incredibly convenient for the concert as the stadium was right downstairs! The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The only minor downside was that breakfast wasn't provided, but there's a convenience store downstairs, and they even have robot delivery for food orders, which was a really cool overall experience."

"Very close to the airport, making travel for flights easy. The nearby night market is lively and offers a wide variety of delicious food. The management is very accommodating; I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which significantly enhanced my stay. I needed a late check-out due to my itinerary, and the front desk was very understanding. The room was clean and odor-free, the facilities were in good condition, and the price was fair. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area."
