"I came during the snowy season and had a lot of stuff, staying for half a month, so I chose a bigger room. The overall environment was very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also very clean, and the drainage worked perfectly. The room didn't have any new renovation smell either. The front desk and service staff were all very polite and would greet me when they saw me. The only thing I felt was lacking and could be improved is providing a freestanding clothes rack for long-term guests, especially if you're coming to ski in the winter, as clothes are thick and bulky. The two existing wall-mounted hooks offer limited space. Everything else was very satisfactory."

"Murti Garden Hotel is absolutely amazing, a definite five-star! It's super easy to get to, just search on navigation and you're there. The huge parking lot means you can park anywhere, which is incredibly convenient for self-driving. The ski shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and since it's the first stop, you're guaranteed a seat. The facilities are great, with an elevator making it super easy to move luggage. The hygiene is excellent; the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is so comfortable you won't want to get up. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful sleep, and you can even cast your screen to the TV for some great binge-watching. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, helping with luggage as soon as you arrive, making you feel like family. Breakfast is incredibly rich, with a wide variety of cold dishes, hot dishes, and porridges – super satisfying. The environment is lovely, with a beautiful backyard garden and a swing that's incredibly therapeutic, attracting many people for photos. The Ertix River is right next door, offering stunning sunset views in the evening, a sky full of stars at night, and beautiful sunrises in the morning – the scenery is just breathtaking! The whole experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

The room is comfortable and the view is good.
The breakfast is quite simple, similar to the layout of a Chinese restaurant.
There is no coffee machine either, so you need to bring your own coffee."

"This was my first time skiing in Xinjiang, and I chose this hotel! We arrived during a cold snap, and it was -50 degrees Celsius that day ❄️
The environment was better than I expected. The underfloor heating was incredibly strong – so warm I almost couldn't sleep! It also came with its own washing machine and dryer. The lobby had a restaurant, bar, and ski shop.
The service was excellent!!! The owner, front desk staff, restaurant staff, and even the cleaning aunties were all incredibly friendly and welcoming!! If you're lucky, you might even get picked up by the owner themselves!!! (The owner picked us up, which was great! 👍)
I highly, highly recommend the halal restaurant downstairs! Hotel breakfast was served there!! The stir-fried dishes we ordered at night were all delicious (much better than some of the restaurants outside!). The only downsides were the limited selection and I wouldn't recommend the Da Pan Ji (big plate chicken). Everything else was fantastic!!!! 🙌🙌
I forgot to take photos of the hotel itself, so I only have a few from the drive up the mountain 🙂"

"The room was clean and hygienic. There was no air conditioning in the room. Later, a heater was added for me, but it was still a little cold in the morning. The advantage of this hotel is that it is the first stop for the ski bus in the morning, so it is very convenient to go to the ski resort. The hotel itself is not close to the road, and there is a yard at the door, so it should not be noisy, but the room I was given was opposite the express warehouse, next to the restaurant, and at the staircase, so it was very noisy, which seriously affected my sleep and rest. The hotel is not far from the No. 3 mine. I saw a few stones on the window of the hotel lobby. I don’t know if they were stones dug out of the mine."

"The hotel is nestled in the idyllic countryside, offering beautiful views. A boardwalk runs alongside the hotel, offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Walking through the hotel leads to the lake. The hotel facilities are excellent, with two-story wooden houses offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The front desk lady was warm and sweet. We also have a clever little dog named Cola, who was always ”unconsciously” leading the way as we strolled along the boardwalk and lakeside. He was truly adorable."

Cleanliness: Quite clean, with a slight smell of renovation.
Environment: Quite close to the scenic area, only a few kilometers away, and very close to Lake Iremu. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The view from the entrance is just average; there are other hotels under renovation nearby.
Service: Because it was the off-season, there weren't many people, and the service was normal."

Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again"
