"Unexpectedly received a free room upgrade – so thoughtful! The room was spotless and spacious, with excellent attention to detail regarding cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable. "Facilities: The facilities are quite complete and of good quality, well-maintained; I didn't find anything wrong during my stay.
Cleanliness: Quite clean, with a slight smell of renovation.
Environment: Quite close to the scenic area, only a few kilometers away, and very close to Lake Iremu. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The view from the entrance is just average; there are other hotels under renovation nearby.
Service: Because it was the off-season, there weren't many people, and the service was normal."

"The manager thoughtfully upgraded my room, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located with electric car charging stations, making travel easy. The backyard is surrounded by a peaceful forest, and you can even make your own coffee. The gym equipment is brand new and fully equipped. The rooms are clean and quiet, with a full set of disposable amenities, including thoughtful touches like children's slippers and toothbrushes. You can enjoy authentic Xinjiang cuisine without even leaving the hotel, and the front desk staff provides detailed explanations of local attractions. The overall atmosphere is heartwarming and cozy, making for a very pleasant stay! I highly recommend it to everyone~ great value for money! This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Keke!"

"The room was clean and hygienic. There was no air conditioning in the room. Later, a heater was added for me, but it was still a little cold in the morning. The advantage of this hotel is that it is the first stop for the ski bus in the morning, so it is very convenient to go to the ski resort. The hotel itself is not close to the road, and there is a yard at the door, so it should not be noisy, but the room I was given was opposite the express warehouse, next to the restaurant, and at the staircase, so it was very noisy, which seriously affected my sleep and rest. The hotel is not far from the No. 3 mine. I saw a few stones on the window of the hotel lobby. I don’t know if they were stones dug out of the mine."

"The room is very good. I booked a standard room which is very clean. The 24-hour hot water floor heating is very warm. The hotel lobby is bright and clean, especially the waiters at the front desk who answer your questions with a warm smile and solve some problems. The service is very beautiful and thoughtful. The restaurant in the morning is also very clean, bright and hygienic. You can see the snow-capped mountains in front of the gate of the county center at the Four Seasons Hotel Fuyun County! I would like to express special thanks to the comrades in the restaurant. I was not feeling well, but they left millet porridge, steamed buns and side dishes for me. I was very touched. Thank them. I sincerely recommend this to everyone! I am from Jiangsu!"

"It was my first time to come to Keketuohai. I compared many selected hotels on the software. I arrived at night. The front desk was very enthusiastic to help me check in. The enthusiastic front desk lady also helped me move all my miscellaneous express deliveries to the room. She was very enthusiastic. This time I booked a deluxe king-size room. The bed was very large and the room was also equipped with a humidifier. I, a southerner, can accept floor heating. Other toiletries are fully equipped. The hotel is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, which is very convenient. In this kind of weather, there is no need to worry about clothes not being able to dry after washing. The breakfast restaurant has a rich variety of food, including desserts, porridge, stir-fried dishes, noodles, etc., taking into account the eating habits of various places. The uncle in the restaurant is also very nice. He was also worried that I would not be full 😇, taking care of my anxiety when I came for the first time. I will choose to stay in the hotel again next time."

Walking through the hotel leads to the lake. The hotel facilities are excellent, with two-story wooden houses offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The front desk lady was warm and sweet. We also have a clever little dog named Cola, who was always ”unconsciously” leading the way as we strolled along the boardwalk and lakeside. He was truly adorable."
