"This was my first time visiting the Altay region. After coming from Kanas, I wanted to explore the Keketuohai Scenic Area in Fuyun County, and a friend recommended this hotel. Upon checking in, I received a complimentary room upgrade.
The front desk staff was very efficient, and when I called for something, it was delivered quickly. The windows effectively blocked out street noise, and the hallway was also very quiet, allowing for a deep sleep. For a comfortable hotel, getting these amenities at this price point offers excellent value for money."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! The service was incredibly warm, and I especially want to commend Mr. Hayisal. He was so enthusiastic and kind – if you asked for two bottles of water, he'd bring you four, truly sincere. The room was cozy, with ample space, and the hot water pressure was excellent. The breakfast was quite substantial and tasty too. What was most thoughtful were the lovely and practical souvenirs. It's been a long time since I've received such a considerate little gift – it included an eye mask, comb, soap, and a really nice refrigerator magnet set. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay!"

The location is excellent, but more importantly, my stay was incredibly satisfying. Parking outside the hotel is convenient, and the rooms inside are spacious with a lovely Russian-inspired decor. The experience here far surpassed my actual trip to Russia! It's beautiful, great value, and everything was spot on – that's how I genuinely feel. The breakfast was practical, with several refreshing cold dishes that hit the spot, and delicious congee and steamed buns. "Staying at the New Journey Songguo Hotel this time, the cleanliness really exceeded my expectations! From the floors and bedding to the bathroom, everything in the room was immaculately cleaned, spotless, with not a single detail overlooked, even in the corners. Public areas like the corridors, elevators, and lobby were also very clean, with no trash visible, which made me feel very reassured. The bedding was changed for every guest, and it felt clean and soft to the touch. The bathroom facilities were free of limescale and odors, making me feel especially comfortable when washing up. For someone with a bit of a潔癖 (germaphobe tendencies) like me, this level of hygiene is a huge plus. When traveling, staying in a clean place is so important, and this hotel completely met my needs. It was truly a comfortable and worry-free stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who prioritizes cleanliness!"

The lobby feels quite upscale, and there's a panoramic elevator behind the regular guest elevators. In the morning, the distant wind turbine views are spectacular. The room itself is spacious with a modern design, and the vanity is separate from the toilet, which is a nice touch. The hygiene was acceptable. There's a painting behind the bed that adds a touch of sophistication, and the view looking out onto the street is quite open and pleasant. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. There's also plenty of parking available downstairs, which is very convenient."

The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hand washing machine comes out, which is very convenient. Plenty of hot water. The air conditioning is powerful and it feels warm as soon as you enter the room. There is a Xinjiang restaurant on the first floor, which is very delicious. I also had breakfast there, which was affordable and delicious. There is a fruit wholesale market nearby, and it is very convenient to buy fruits."

"This hotel really exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely stunning, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of choices, and the price is very reasonable. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff, particularly the lovely Miss Jiang Xue, even upgraded us to a room overlooking the popular scenic bridge – it was truly beautiful! She was so patient and thoughtful. The afternoon tea here is also quite good. The hotel is super close to the scenic bridge, just a 5-minute walk, and there's a musical fountain nearby too. It's also not far from Wucai Beach, perfect for catching the sunset a bit later. This hotel added such a wonderful surprise to our trip, we're so happy! Thank you so much! 🙏"
