"The room was very spacious, with two bedrooms and a living room. Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom and a large 1.8-meter bed, all with windows. The living room was also huge, with a big sofa, plenty of space for belongings. The room was clean and tidy, though there weren't many hangers initially, but the front desk sent some up when we called. The room wasn't damp and had no strange odors, and there was plenty of hot water. It's not far from the square and night market. Parking in front of the hotel is limited, but you can park nearby. Breakfast wasn't extensive but was adequate."

From the hotel's overall appearance to the parking lot and the front desk, the environment was excellent. The service staff had a very good attitude and the room was cleaned in a timely manner. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. I feel that the chef has a high level and eating well is a plus point for the hotel. There were several weddings every day during my stay, which made me feel very happy."

"Fantastic find after our usual hotel was under renovation. Location was just outside the railway station so highly convenient especially if you are carrying multiple luggages. There is washing machine and a dryer available which we were able to use without any issues and the room was nice and warm with hot water. The only issue I had was getting to the dining area where you need to use the stairs to access a hidden part of the building. Breakfast was decent!"

In particular, the hotel's general manager, upon learning that I was an elderly person traveling alone and it was my first time visiting Benxi, patiently listened to my requests and specially arranged a driver and vehicle to take me to attractions such as the Benxi Water Cave, free of charge.
