The front desk service is excellent; they provided two bottles of warm water and even gave the children a small toy, which was very thoughtful. The elevator requires a card swipe, which is very safe, and there's also a toy area. The rooms are clean and look quite new. The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. The front desk service was fantastic; it made me feel right at home."

The room was very cozy overall, and the twin room was perfect for a family with a child. The housekeeping staff thoughtfully provided toiletries. Breakfast started at 7 am; we were in a rush to get to the scenic spots, so we only had a quick bite. The freshly squeezed soy milk with fried dough sticks was really good – a satisfying and delicious meal. Highly recommended! Parking is free, making it the top choice for those driving in Benxi. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is in a very good location, with convenient transportation and easy access to the airport and scenic spots. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, and there is a medium-sized Hualian Supermarket inside, which is convenient for shopping. The service staff had a very good attitude and the room was cleaned in a timely manner. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. I feel that the chef has a high level and eating well is a plus point for the hotel. There were several weddings every day during my stay, which made me feel very happy."
