Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal de recepción fue increíblemente. La habitación [número de habitación si lo recuerdas o tipo de habitación era muy moderna, espaciosa y luminosa y la cama era de las más cómodas que he probado en un hotel. Un punto a destacar son las vistas espectaculares .

Rafael RiobuenoExtremely good location, awesome amenities, the room was beautiful and we loved the bathrooms, the personal were very polite and friendly. Also, the receptionist recommended us two places to eat during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Large, spacious rooms, very comfortable. The super comfortable bed. The first day they didn't fix the room. I also reported that you had to let the shower water run for more than five minutes for it to start getting hot. They didn't fix it during my stay. It is a hotel to which I would definitely return as long as I can stay without being forced to pay for breakfast. The food is simply terrible.

The shortcoming is that the middle front desk order was not well coordinated, which delayed some time, but Ctrip customer service was very timely in solving the problem! Praise!

It's okay, more convenient. Hotels in the United States are far less clean and have better supporting facilities than hotels in China.
I feel that the requirements for our Chinese hotels are too high. A few thousand dollars abroad can’t provide the services and effects that a few hundred dollars domestically. Domestic hotels should increase prices

The facilities are quite good for the price. The room is very spacious. But beware, if you're a light sleeper, don't even think about staying here. Planes fly by every three minutes very close to the hotel, and you can hear their engines. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is your hotel. It's the best value in Miami. What happened to us was some awkward people in the room above us who made noise all night. But that's not the hotel's fault.
