My recent stay at Hampton Hill and Suites Doral Miami was a complete disaster. Here's a brief overview of the numerous issues encountered:
Unhygienic Rooms: Initially assigned a room with vomit-smelling sheets, the alternative room's AC emitted a moldy odor. Front desk failed to address this, leaving me in discomfort throughout my stay.
Neglected Amenities: My need for hot water, essential for my medication, led me to the front desk, where I found hot water containers emitting a strong coffee odor, indicating a lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance. These containers seemed to be used interchangeably for coffee and hot water, raising serious concerns about hygiene. The staff's dismissive response to my concerns added to the frustration.
Misleading Breakfast Claims: Promised complimentary breakfast was a sham. Shortage of essential items like milk, bread, juices, and spreads, with indifferent responses from staff.
Uncooperative Staff: Most staff were unhelpful and visibly frustrated by additional inquiries.
The purportedly renovated Hampton Hill and Suites Doral Miami was a massive disappointment. The deplorable conditions and apathetic attitude of the staff were inexcusable, especially considering the high cost of the stay. I'm left questioning whether booking through ******* subjected me to inferior treatment. Avoid this chain for a better experience elsewhere.
