The characteristics of this hotel are comfortable rooms and all-inclusive catering that focuses on exquisite originality. However, there are not many limited options for each meal. The waiters are very enthusiastic. Special thanks to Kerui (maybe the spelling is wrong) at the front desk for helping us solve problems with other hotels. It’s my first time in Zanzibar, I spent two nights at this hotel and a night in another hotel, all I can say is that this hotel is wonderful, rooms are clean, food is nice and above all the staffs are lovely, very friendly and helpful, I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but I can give a high thumb for the staffs of Toa hotel, The General Manager, Lucas that received me upon arrival and the best of all The Front Desk Manager ESTHER, thanks a lot for the hibiscus Juice the day I arrived and the last cup you gave me before I leave, you never knew but it’s my best and I’ll come back for it again in sha Allah. You gave me free wine lucky I don’t drink alcohol I had to return it back to you, thank you so much and I’ll recommend thousands to use your hotel if I have to and I’m sure you’ll never let them down. All the best TOA HOTELS AND SPA.

The staff are extremely friendly, warm and attentive. The location is on the shoreline, facilities are clean, the beds and rooms are comfortable. Oh not to forget they also serve delicious breakfast. Will definitely be back😁

A very warm welcome. The staff were always friendly and helpful. During power outages, the generators were always quickly brought in to provide backup. The location is ideal for a quiet, romantic getaway, with shops nearby. For an alternative to the hotel restaurant, Balungi, less than a 10-minute walk away, is also good, as is Romagna Mia. Uroa is truly a pleasant area for disconnecting, and the Sunny Palm is fantastic, offering both the villa's private pool and the communal infinity pool with breathtaking sea views. The room is very comfortable and spacious, with a choice between air conditioning or a ceiling fan. There's also a gym overlooking the pool, and a games area (pool, foosball, etc.) – everything you need to relax.
