GGuest UserI stayed at Baktar Konagi whilst hiking the Lycian Way. Baktar Konagi is apparently the oldest house in Demre and the rooms are beautifully decorated with original furniture. It is also conveniently located near the town centre for visiting both the ruins of Myra or going to the beach. The breakfast was one of the best I had during my time in Turkey. Finally, Sherife went out of her way to make me feel more like a friend than a guest. If you’re looking for an original accommodation in Demre, I can highly recommend Baktar Konagi.
