"Stayed here 2 nights whilst on the Lycian Way. Genuinely blown away - unique hillside development 500m up overlooking the beautiful ocean. We were probably spoiled as we were only guests at beginning of season and pool yet to open. A genuine warmth and charm by the husband and wife owners. Food was traditional Turkish and wonderfully prepared with local home grown produce. Breakfast was also a delight. Lovely grounds and interesting local historical antiquities to walk to. Traveling by car, we chose this place to explore the nearby sights of Demre and Kekova. This is a family business, and I sincerely wish Yusif's family prosperity! "The location is excellent, convenient for visiting the St. Nicholas Museum and the ancient city of Myra. There are restaurants nearby, excellent cuisine, and the most attractive price for our entire trip to southern Turkey. A solid 5 stars for the location. The hotel itself has a great concept and good design, but I'd love to rip the hands off the builders who did it. The bathroom was a total disaster. I even feel sorry for the owner, who put his heart and soul into it but didn't keep an eye on the workers. But this is compensated by the very friendly people who will greet you, help you if needed, and show you around. Thank you."

"A nice room with a private courtyard. A private beach with sun loungers and a magnificent view. The wasps and hornets that would fly in during meals were a bit of a bummer, but the staff did their best to deal with them promptly."

"Disgusting place. The room itself is quite nice, but instead of a large bed, there are two small ones pushed together. It is uncomfortable to sleep. But I didn’t manage to sleep: the dogs that live with the owners barked non-stop all night. Everything in the room is clumsily done and doesn’t work. The shower is a hole in the floor next to the toilet and a shower head. The floor in the shower is covered with linoleum. The hot water is heated by a flow heater and when you turn it on, the light in the bathroom goes out. The garden is abandoned. All sorts of junk is lying around. Unsanitary conditions are everywhere. There are many animals living on the territory and it stinks of their excrement. Breakfast is a meager buffet. The owners are either unfriendly or don’t know English even enough to say hello. Wi-Fi works, there is a refrigerator. There is a water cooler. Total: Pros: Wi-Fi, refrigerator, price. Cons: territory, unsanitary conditions, room, location, stench, breakfasts, noise."

"This hotel is advertised as 4 star. It hasn't been 4 star for decades. I was booked here as part of a package. Extremely run down and poorly maintained. I stayed in nicer tea houses in Nepal 25 years ago. I have trouble giving 2 stars. The owner had very nice Prada glasses."
