GGuest UserThis is a fantastic hotel. The location is excellent, and the environment is beautiful. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The hotel has its own private beach, which is very quiet. It's very close to the old town, a 20-minute walk to Medina. The service is warm and attentive. The restaurant is the best part; the hotel provides a very generous breakfast and dinner for two people free of charge for double rooms. Overall, everything exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it.

Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay.
Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two.
Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service.
Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours.
Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it.
Included breakfast and dinner were OK.
Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

MMOHAMED RAMIThe hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great.
The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...)
Biggest weakness:
1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho.
2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that)
3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

ZZAYATII was surprised by the welcome and professionalism of the team of this hotel, a very respectable professional staff, very welcome welcome. It is a very quiet place to put the cleanliness of this hotel quietly deserves these five stars on each ranking with a super good memory and hasten to come back soon. I'ai encore remercier particulièrement le service de sécurité, le service à l'accueil et surtout le personnel de restauration vraiment rien à dire. The hotel is a very good hotel for you, and I hope you will be very good.

Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

JJames NilesExcellent hotel , staff very helpful , currency exchange , better than the very few ones in the area . Food was really good , plenty of choice , even salad s looked fresh . Beer very good , imported spirits , mostly no charge , all round very good , only gripe , a map of complex would be helpful , only found the water slides by accident ? .
