The room has no slippers, no toothbrush or toothpaste, no water leak, and there are white people's hair on the towels. The price-performance ratio is not high.

Guest UserThis is a fantastic hotel. The location is excellent, and the environment is beautiful. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The hotel has its own private beach, which is very quiet. It's very close to the old town, a 20-minute walk to Medina. The service is warm and attentive. The restaurant is the best part; the hotel provides a very generous breakfast and dinner for two people free of charge for double rooms. Overall, everything exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it.

What an amazing hotel so clean and tidy nothing is too much for the staff an amazing choice of food and 3 pools to choose from highly recommended and very well priced so good we are going back again next month definitely a 5 star hotel as advertised

James NilesExcellent hotel , staff very helpful , currency exchange , better than the very few ones in the area . Food was really good , plenty of choice , even salad s looked fresh . Beer very good , imported spirits , mostly no charge , all round very good , only gripe , a map of complex would be helpful , only found the water slides by accident ? .
