PPdCMTIt was about 2 years ago since we were here last. A few things have improved but the rooms we stayed this time had no airco and for Portugal room without airco in the summer I can tell you it’s terrible to sleep. The breakfast is good, the service is good everybody is really friendly and helpful but the hotel really needs an urgent renovation. Attached picture is what you look at at breakfast could for sure use an urgent tlc

GGuest UserForget all the naysayers, this place is great! The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the setting is lovely. The only thing I didn't exactly like was the location. It's great if you're planning to drive everywhere but less fun if you want to walk - you're going to end up on one of two national highways.
But apart from that, zero complaints. It's a charming country estate with its little quirks and I really wouldn't change a thing :)

AAnonymous UserAfter making a reservation for a room with a double bed, through this platform, I arrived at the hotel and was received in a room with two single beds.
After a brief conversation with the employee, it was explained to me that this would have been the information passed through the reservation platform. As the hotel did not have double rooms available for the night in question, I ended up spending the night in this same room. I feel a lack of confidence in booking again through this medium, as it was the first time that this has happened to me as well as my first experience through this platform.
