"The hotel is excellent, everything is clean and very new, and the bathroom is spacious and modern. However, we had problems with one of the room access cards, and when we asked them to reactivate it, they told us we weren't registered for that room. This was at 3:00 AM, and we couldn't access the room because there had been a registration error. We were a group of 20 people, and they hadn't entered the correct room number. Even after explaining to Federico, the night receptionist, that we were a group, giving him everyone's names so they could find us and see that we belonged to the group, showing him our IDs, and even asking him to open the room so we could show him what was inside, he absolutely refused to give us access. Finally, we had to wake up a roommate from the next room, who was incorrectly registered for our room, and they gave her our room key, which allowed us to finally get in. We spent over 30 minutes arguing with the receptionist, who was attending to another couple who arrived at that moment. Federico's attitude was completely unhelpful, ineffective, and highly unprofessional. This happened on the night of June 20-21, 2026; our group was the Latino Masters handball team."

Although it doesn't have much luggage storage, it's more than worth it because it's so beautiful. It also offers a good breakfast. For our part, we highly recommend it, and if I had to be Túbal again, I would definitely stay at the same hotel."

This time i even needed to discuss with the receptionist, that we get an additional blanket. Turn left out of the front door & you'll find a wine bar / cafe 20 metres away. It's very popular with ex-pats & visitors because they offer an all-you-can-eat cheese & meat buffet with table wine for €10 per head. Sociable, friendly & recommended."
