Hotels with Breakfast in Lagos

We loved our trip to Lagos, and our stay at MN56 was a big part of it. The rooms are new, beautifully designed, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. We tried different dishes on different days, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a better French toast! The pool was also great, and it was really nice to have the option of relaxing by the pool as well as going to the beach. Overall, a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the hotel and absolutely loved Lagos!

PROS: Met me with a bottle of sparkling wine and a cake in the room on my birthday. That was really nice. Nice wine. Great location. CONS: : As to the total design of room I was a bit disappointed. The pictures looked nicer than in reality. I had Deluxe Room. The terrace is situated so inconvenient—＞ it follows another on in front. So no privacy at all. The distance b/w 2 terraces less than a meter. Pool is super small. It is situated in the area of bar and breakfast zone. I think it is uncomfortable to use it. For maximum 2 people. Breakfast is not cost its money. Everyday the same Tiny reception. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel—＞ price vs value.

Very beautiful resort, right by the Atlantic Ocean with direct access to coastal boardwalk. Amazing and very relaxing. One bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equipped. There were total of 3 pools including spa pool. Breakfast was a good spread although same things were served 2 days in a row during my stay. The only slighr downside is there was construction going on next door during my stay. Not the most pleasant and can be slightly noisy.

When we first booked the resort we were expecting a hotel rather than a resort - so we were surprised when we had the entire ground floor of the building. We really liked the set up of the resorts and is well renovated and taken care by the staffs. Great that they have provided shuttle bus service as it was not an accessible location if you do not drive. We had to call Uber to and from Lagos city centre as it would take us 30 mins of walk in order to reach the city centre. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped and even better if they can provide hair dryer without request. In our case, we had to offer a 20 euros deposit in order to lend the hair dryer for use. Apart from that, well done for the maintenance and my friend and I enjoyed the stay a lot.

It was already dark when it arrived in Lagos, and lucky to find a free parking space in front of the hotel. The style of the hotel is very retro and rich in Portuguese flavor. Divided into two parts, the hotel and the apartment. Our room was on the second floor of a two-story small building with a decorative theme of medieval Portugal. Portuguese tiles are everywhere, Portuguese tiles (blue and white porcelain plate Azulejos) are developed after absorbing Islamic pottery, Chinese blue and white porcelain and Dutch porcelain, often with blue and white patterns for large areas of interior and exterior decoration. The bedside of our room is also tiled. The breakfast buffet is particularly rich and included in the price. It is worth mentioning that all tableware is the brand of Vista Alegre, which is the oldest porcelain factory in Portugal and the designated royal palace of Portugal.

A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful team of staff. Can’t recommend their names but everyone was attentive to our needs and requests. The rooms are in three or four, detached houses located next to each other, giving it a cosy, private resort-like place. There s small pools with lounges which is perfect for those who want to laze around. Location is away from the centre, but it works if you like it this way. Bolt rides are cheap, so this wasn’t a problem to go and return from the centre.

A really charming small hotel with two pools. Although sourrounded by other hotels, very quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff. Excellent Breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Great Parking opportunities. Easy excess to the old town with all its shops an restaurant/cafes.  I recommend the hotel highly and… we will be back 😀

Die Lage an der Steilküste war sehr schön. Mit direktem Zugang. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Der Pool war okay. Nicht riesig, aber reicht zum Schwimmen und alle Gäste waren sehr rücksichtsvoll. Man hat sich gegenseitig respektiert und ist meist nacheinander ins Wasser gegangen. Die Ausstattung war jedoch sehr dürftig. Es fehlte an Besteck, der Kühlschrank war vereist und das Schlafzimmer hatte kein richtiges großes Fenster. Wir hatten aber insgesamt einen tollen Aufenthalt! Wir hätten uns über eine Terrasse am Haus gefreut. Darauf würden wir bei der nächsten Buchung achten.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. The hotel itself does not provide on-site parking, but there is a public parking area about a 2-minute walk away. During the low season it was fine, though availability might be an issue in peak periods. Walking to the city center is possible, but it does take some time. The room was small but as expected for this category. I liked having a small balcony outside the window, which was a nice touch. I tried sleeping with the window open instead of using air conditioning, but unfortunately the AC units from nearby rooms were quite noisy, so I ended up closing the window. A few downsides: the exterior of the building looks a bit dated compared to online photos, and the desk in the room is extremely small—not practical for working with a laptop. Although I did not personally join, the hotel seems to offer or help arrange water-related activities, and guests who are interested may want to inquire with the staff for more details. That said, considering the price, the stay was reasonable and met basic expectations. A decent option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place and don’t plan to spend much time in the room.
