"I had an excellent experience at Hotel One Tower Gulberg. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was warm, professional, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay, ensuring everything remained spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available, catering to different tastes. The quality of the food, presentation, and service in the dining area were all excellent. Overall, Hotel One Tower Gulberg exceeded my expectations in every aspect, including hospitality, cleanliness, room comfort, and dining experience. We found this hotel online and wasnโ€™t sure about the location. Location is right in front of baghe jinnah and hotel was well equipped. Suggestion: add hair dryer and iron stand. It was great experience staying at this hotel.

Pretty much spot on. Location isnโ€™t bad but itโ€™s not amazing either. But itโ€™s perfect for everything else. Great team, simple check in and check out and everyone was really nice. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Good air con in the room and a very comfortable bed! Highly recommended.

This hotel is actually a detached villa in downtown Lahore. There was no breakfast on the Internet at the scheduled time. I did not expect that breakfast was quite rich, and it was delivered to the room. During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Emporium Mall and the Expo Center. My room was spacious, clean, and modern, with luxurious amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, with delicious local dishes and a variety of options to suit all tastes. Hotel Nova was the perfect choice.

Despite it's an old hotel and facilities are a big old, the design are quite impressive! The service is good, especially the counter staffs are friendly and efficient, security man at main door are also friendly and nice! Highly recommended!!!

The hotel has spacious deluxe rooms, a pool on the rooftop, and a small gym. The best thing about the hotel is the buffet breakfast. It was so delicious we wokup at 6:30 am in anticipation of a wonderful breakfast. The service was great and the laundry service is same day. I recommend to anyone interested in being around good food options, a mall and not far from the airport.

Relentless noise, including 2:00 AM construction and chaotic, unmanaged hallways, destroyed all rest. This place is not a 4-star experience. It neglects the fundamental promise of a hotel.
