GGuest UserVery clean rooms; filling breakfast; very thoughful message during breakfast. I only had a problem with parking space; they can house 6 cars but if you park last, you may be called to move in order for others to move their car. Otherwise, I recommend 10/10!

AAnonymous UserThe location is good, it's near the highway also the room is good. Maybe I'm little disappointed about the breakfast because I told the receptionist to deliver it in our room but they did not deliver nor let me know that the food is ready. I waited in our room for about an hour.

EEpistles of TobiI would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I experienced at the front desk. The male staff member was not attentive at all; when I asked him to ensure that my extension was updated, he assured me he would take care of it. However, around 12 noon the next day, I received a call on my mobile from the front desk while I was in a meeting, inquiring if I would be extending my stay.
Additionally, I noticed that during the night, the front desk staff appeared disengaged, busy playing on their phones while I was providing instructions. This level of service does not meet my expectations, and I hope improvements can be made to ensure better attentiveness and professionalism.

It was a good location in the city, 100 meters to Joliby and King Burger
Oldness is unavoidable, but you can feel the number of decorations across details such as indoor wooden edges 々, good old times
The air conditioner was new and quiet
Bring me amenities.
I want a safety box in the room.
The staff were kind and repaired immediately when the lampstee on the side of the bed was loose.
The drinker was within walking distance, and I wished and fulfilled it.
If I have a chance to go there again, I will use it 😊

GGuest User5 Star Service in Guest Relations and Conflict Resolution. Great commendation to Resort Manager Chris for superb ironing of checking-in problems. Awesome pools highly enjoyed by children and the young at heart.

GGuest UserIt was okay. Location is perfect for uptown since it's very near SM. However the CR doesn't have a bidet, or basic essentials such as soap at least. There's no bathroom rug for wet feet, and most light-switches were broken. It's good for maybe a night but besides that it's actually pretty decent.
