I like the ambiance of the place, giving me a Moroccan vibe...the room is clean, I am an ocd person and i love it, amenities are satisfying...it makes your stay nice and peaceful...staffs are nice...it's a thumbs up

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I experienced at the front desk. The male staff member was not attentive at all; when I asked him to ensure that my extension was updated, he assured me he would take care of it. However, around 12 noon the next day, I received a call on my mobile from the front desk while I was in a meeting, inquiring if I would be extending my stay. Additionally, I noticed that during the night, the front desk staff appeared disengaged, busy playing on their phones while I was providing instructions. This level of service does not meet my expectations, and I hope improvements can be made to ensure better attentiveness and professionalism. GUEST FIRST!

I stayed for a few days on a KTV tour It was a good location in the city, 100 meters to Joliby and King Burger Oldness is unavoidable, but you can feel the number of decorations across details such as indoor wooden edges 々, good old times The air conditioner was new and quiet Bring me amenities. I want a safety box in the room. The staff were kind and repaired immediately when the lampstee on the side of the bed was loose. The drinker was within walking distance, and I wished and fulfilled it. If I have a chance to go there again, I will use it 😊

The hot and cold shower was not working. They refused to give us complementary water during our second day even though we told them that we would not be availing the free breakfast because of our early flight.

My friends and I chose this location for a friend's bridal shower. The room is quite big and the wall paint is so clean! However, this hotel lack of basic supplies such as shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, and clothes hanger. It's sad to know too that water will stuck on the floor when you go on shower. Anyhow, I love the location of this hotel. It is convenient and accessible.

It was okay. Location is perfect for uptown since it's very near SM. However the CR doesn't have a bidet, or basic essentials such as soap at least. There's no bathroom rug for wet feet, and most light-switches were broken. It's good for maybe a night but besides that it's actually pretty decent.

The location is within the heart of the city. There are bank atm, fast foods, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. Being a one or two star hotel accommodation and staff service is minimal. Great for short time stay and for solo travelers on tight budget only.
