My sister and her partner stayed at the hotel on December 13th and 14th as a gift. The hotel is in a fantastic location, and it's great that they have parking where you can reserve a spot, even though I find the price for it quite expensive for a hotel guest. The room was clean and perfectly fine for a weekend in Haarlem. What was really disappointing was that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and there was no clear communication about what was happening, nor was there anyone to conduct a check. When checking out the next day, nothing more was said about it... whereas I would have considered it quite normal to at least receive an apology for the inconvenience. They were already asleep and were certainly in uncertainty for about an hour. This was quite a contrast to the email and phone contact I had with the front desk beforehand, which I found to be very pleasant.

金Business travel, there is no such problem, parking lot, hotel shopping is very close. In the Netherlands, you don’t have to expect too much to eat.

Liudmila LA wonderful boutique hotel is quietly located but in step-by-step access from the historic center and station. Fresh repair, cleanliness, modern room design. Excellent breakfast, friendly pleasant staff at the resepchen and at the restaurant for breakfast. Only the most positive impressions of staying in this hotel remain, you feel like a welcome guest there. Thank you from all heart for the hospitality ☀️
