First off, the location is fantastic, right in Banwoldang. Transportation is convenient, and it's surrounded by shops and restaurants. There's even a Musinsa right downstairs, an ABC Mart and MLB across the street, and a Crocs next to the hotel. All in all, it's incredibly convenient.
The room was spacious, and the bed was huge – more than enough space for two people. The WiFi was excellent, and the hotel even provides complimentary breakfast and dinner. The orange juice was delicious, and the instant noodles were great too.
The front desk staff member spoke English, so there were no language barriers. He was very nice and handsome too.
We had some shopping delivered to the hotel but didn't receive it during our stay. The front desk later helped us forward the package. All in all, it's a truly excellent hotel.
Daegu has great weather and wonderful people. The taxi drivers were friendly, and the concert I attended was a lot of fun.
If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to Daegu and stay at your hotel again.

Great location! Just a short walk from Dongdaegu Station and many well-known eateries. I felt truly welcomed during my stay — a special thanks to Ann, front desk for her kindness. She even wrote a thoughtful welcome card wishing me wonderful memories in Daegu.
Although there were a few small inconveniences, the friendly smiles and excellent service from Ann and the rest of the staff made my stay outstanding. I happily give this hotel 5 stars and hope to return in the future again!

Lagertha14The accommodation is very comfortable with complete facilities. Although we arrived before check-in time, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage. During our stay, the hotel was under renovation. We had reserved breakfast, but it was not available, so the hotel refunded us and upgraded our room for one night. However, we had to move to a different room the next night due to ongoing renovations. The room conditions matched the pictures shown. The staff was lovely and, despite not speaking English, made great efforts to assist us.
There are convenience stores and numerous restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient for work. Transportation is easy, with a bus stop within walking distance.
If there is an opportunity, we will stay here again.

I loved that they even provided a simple breakfast in the morning.

Swimming in the winter infinity pool was the best, exceeding my expectations.
The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable and nice. I would love to stay here again on my next trip.
The cafe next to the lobby is friendly, but... the coffee taste is a bit underwhelming.
There are good food options down the hill, and it's close by.
The hill was tiring though, haha. The view of Suseong Lake is great, too. 💕

This hotel has a very strict 3 pm check-in policy, even the room is ready and the guest has been waiting for quite a long time, there's no exception. Actually from 1 pm they allow an early check-in but need to pay for every one hour.
I've stayed in a lot of international hotels in the multiple countries, there were two three times I requested early check-in after a long time flight, they happily did for me if the room was ready.
This hotel I felt the money I spent and the experience I got didn't match.
Location was very close to the exhibition, convenient. Quite expensive during the exhibition time.
For the restaurant need to walk for sometime, but worth going. The room was good enough.

Guest User-Since I was taking an early flight from Daegu Airport the next morning, I stayed at this hotel that night to rest.
-The hotel is located a 3-5 minute walk from Exit 3/4 of Dongchon Station. It's conveniently located as you can take the subway from Dongdaegu Station to Dongchon Station.
-The front desk staff didn't speak much English, but their service was good and friendly.
-The room and bathroom were large, but the cleanliness was so-so. There were stains in many places. On the night of my check-in, I noticed the toilet seat and the corner of the bathroom were still damp with water droplets.
-The room had a large TV and an LG clothes dryer, but the hangers inside were not original. When the machine was running, the hangers would hit the inside of the machine, making a thumping noise.

Brian LawrieWhat a perfect place to stay to visit this City. Host was impeccable in answering questions and providing assistance- easily contactable throughout the stay. Although small apartment had all things I need full size fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Great size Tv with loads of channels and Netflix.
Very comfortable bed. Lots of food options close, so you don’t need to cook at home. Subway line 1 is a 2 min walk from front door.
No key or access card everything is with access codes, made life very easy. To top it all off Wifi was very fast without any issues. Thank you, I had a great stay, highly recommend especially as it was value for money.

Facilities: We booked a family room for a trip with friends. It had two large double beds, and the bathroom was well-equipped with towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and a hairdryer. The room had a large window with good natural light and ventilation, and also a dining table and chairs.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, and the room had no unpleasant odors.
Service: The lobby on the first floor was spacious, with self-service check-in. There was a coffee machine, ice maker, and microwave.
Environment: The hotel isn't located on a main street, but it's very close to a bus stop. The surrounding environment is quiet, likely in a residential area. There's a police station nearby, so the safety is good. However, there are no convenience stores nearby; there's one small shop, but it's probably not open 24 hours. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and highly recommend it. We would definitely stay again if we had the chance. ☺️☺️
