The hotel had a great location, visible from the station. It is a very big hotel, but a bit old. The room was spacious and had all the basic necessities. I appreciated that it had a large bathtub as well. Unfortunately, I was there for a concert, so I didn’t spend much time exploring the facilities or interacting with the staff, but what little I did, I didn’t find anything lacking. For the first night, there was a complimentary water bottle, but on the second night there was not. Also, I would have appreciated the bathroom amenities to be restocked on the second day, although they did have additional amenities available in the lobby. I also liked that they had a Key Coffee drip coffee in the room (this was restocked the next day). All in all, it was a positive experience in a slightly retro hotel.
Well maintained hotel with spa facilities available. Nice view of the lake. Breakfast was great. Two sessions in afternoon and after 9 pm where free flow of drinks (including alcohols) and light tidbits were served. Big carpark available.
It centrally located and near the train station. You can access food and shopping on foot. The rooms are small as expected of a ”businessman” hotel but confortable and clean.
the hotel is in a very close proximity to Hamamatsu station (Shinkansen) and has been recently updated. The rooms feel cleaner and refreshed. The bathroom could use a facelift. However the hotel has everything that I needed for my stay. The breakfast was good , as well as the public bath.
I had a wonderful stay during my trip! The location was scenic and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, with friendly staff always ready to help. The overall atmosphere made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!
いいもたろうI had a very pleasant stay. I was upgraded to the room and told me in advance that I was free for breakfast, saying, ”I will stay for group guests.”
Also, I took a bath on the top floor twice at night and in the morning, but I had everything I needed, and it seemed that the timing was good, so I put it in a chartered state. It seems that the amenities such as shampoo are replaced by men and women, and this is the first time that a hotel has been so nice. I think that the woman's bath has an electronic lock, and this is also a point that can be relieved.
Breakfast is a set menu instead of a buffet, and I think it would be better to prepare for the number of people with less food loss, so I would have liked this.
When I asked for a transfer to Hamamatsu station in the morning, the driver asked me which one should be the north exit or the south exit, and sent me to the south exit near the Shinkansen ticket gate.
It may be difficult to have a large suitcase because it is a little far from the station, but I had a comfortable stay that exceeded that amount.
We booked in October for our family of three, hoping to enjoy the view of Lake Hamana and explore the surrounding area at the end of the year. The weather was beautiful, the view from our hotel room window was beautiful, and the room was larger than we expected, allowing three adults to relax comfortably. We had requested parking, so we were able to easily bring our luggage in. We ended up going out a bit late in the evening, but the large public bath was open until midnight, so we were able to enjoy a relaxing soak. It's conveniently located near the station. The hotel is a little old, and there weren't many electrical outlets, so I'm giving it four stars. The staff were all very kind, and I'd definitely like to stay here again.
