GGuest UserThe place is exactly like in the photos. The room was very clean and plenty of space even after opening 2 luggages. The queen bed is huge and very comfortable. Toilet and shower is also very clean, but slightly cramp (usual jap style). Wet and dry area is separated. Warm water comes quickly and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The onsen was excellent, with a password for the female bath due to security reasons. Free wifi is very strong. Hotel is easy to find, and walking distance from the shinkansen (head towards the direction of the bus interchange). There is a convenience store on the opposite road. One of the staff speaks good english and assisted us promptly. There is a welcome drink and able to get additional pillows from the counter. Will stay again

AAnonymous UserI went to the hotel before check-in time to leave my luggage, and they said my room was ready, so I could go in first. The room was also well-equipped with amenities, including a ReFa shower head, a Lourdes hot massager, a nanoe hair dryer and hair iron, and a high-frequency treatment device. (This was very helpful as my legs were tired.) There was also a charger that could be used for multiple devices, so it was very convenient to be able to charge my smartphone, mobile battery, wireless earphones, and penlight battery all at once. The TV was large and had apps such as YouTube, so I was able to stay comfortably. There were also plenty of consumer amenities, so if you don't mind, all you need is a change of clothes and cosmetics. The breakfast was delicious, with both Japanese and Western dishes!

AAnonymous UserWe were assigned an older room that was in dire need of an upgrade. The peeling wallpaper, fraying tatami mat, and sinking mattress made for an uncomfortable stay. The breakfast was decent, but if you're staying for a few days, I suggest rotating your choices, as the offerings remained practically the same throughout our three-day stay. The happy hour at the lounge was crowded, yet it featured a good selection of alcohol, which was a nice perk. However, there isn’t much to explore in the vicinity of the hotel unless you are driving. For a more enjoyable experience, try booking one of the newly renovated rooms. Otherwise, it might be better to seek accommodation in a more centralized location.

GGuest UserThe hotel had a great location, visible from the station. It is a very big hotel, but a bit old. The room was spacious and had all the basic necessities. I appreciated that it had a large bathtub as well. Unfortunately, I was there for a concert, so I didn’t spend much time exploring the facilities or interacting with the staff, but what little I did, I didn’t find anything lacking. For the first night, there was a complimentary water bottle, but on the second night there was not. Also, I would have appreciated the bathroom amenities to be restocked on the second day, although they did have additional amenities available in the lobby. I also liked that they had a Key Coffee drip coffee in the room (this was restocked the next day). All in all, it was a positive experience in a slightly retro hotel.

GGuest UserIt's really close to the station and very convenient. There's also a convenience store nearby. They offer one free drink during happy hour, and they have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. They also have soft drinks. The amenity bar has some decent bath salts. There's a large public bath, which is small, but it was larger than it looked in the pictures. It was during the Obon period, but when I arrived at 7pm, there was no one there, so we had the place to ourselves. The room had a lovely combination of wallpaper and curtains. Breakfast was served in a bright venue with the morning sun streaming in, which was very pleasant. There was a wide variety of items to choose from. It's an exciting hotel with many rental items. The staff worked very hard.

GGuest UserAmenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age. Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast. There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink.

いもたろうI had a very pleasant stay. I was upgraded to the room and told me in advance that I was free for breakfast, saying, ”I will stay for group guests.” Also, I took a bath on the top floor twice at night and in the morning, but I had everything I needed, and it seemed that the timing was good, so I put it in a chartered state. It seems that the amenities such as shampoo are replaced by men and women, and this is the first time that a hotel has been so nice. I think that the woman's bath has an electronic lock, and this is also a point that can be relieved. Breakfast is a set menu instead of a buffet, and I think it would be better to prepare for the number of people with less food loss, so I would have liked this. When I asked for a transfer to Hamamatsu station in the morning, the driver asked me which one should be the north exit or the south exit, and sent me to the south exit near the Shinkansen ticket gate. It may be difficult to have a large suitcase because it is a little far from the station, but I had a comfortable stay that exceeded that amount.

PPanyarak NgamsritragulLocation of hotel is very good, next to Bentenjima Garden. Can relax by the Lake which is part of the garden. But the hotel suggested parking in the car park of the garden which will be charged 410 yen each time your car exits the parking area. The hotel also offers the big bath and everyone will be charged 150 yen no matter you use the service or not. Breakfast is quite good. Rooms and hotel environment are a bit old. Cleanness should be improved.

GGargoyleumEverything was actually really good, but this hotel was so old it couldn’t feel comfortable or clean despite best efforts. Location was great - 2 min walk from Hamamatsu Station. Staff was kind and let us check in just slightly before 3pm. Amenities were super for what you pay. Free evening curry, 1 draft beer and decent breakfast spread. Big letdown was the room - peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, no aircon (only heater), mold in bathroom crevices of vent. I think housekeeping is probably good and the room is fundamentally well-cleaned, but the old infrastructure just makes everything feel dingy. I feel bad as I feel the hotel is trying its best, but despite the amenities mentioned, I will never stay at this hotel again.
