"The apartment building model hotel, the corridor is open-air. If you arrive late, you have to go to the hotel next door to get the room card. "The breakfast buffet had sea bream rice chazuke, which I thought was ingenious, and of course it was delicious. I was able to start the morning feeling rich and had a good day. I have relatives nearby, so I stayed overnight in Fukuyama City, which was a good starting point for Onomichi - Shimanami - Imabari - Takamatsu Castle. I don't have any photos of Fukuyama, so I'll post a photo of Takamatsu Castle."

GGuest UserStopped for a night here during our roadtrip and we wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is a traditional ryokan and the lobby is nicely decorated with some really old furniture.
Breakfast is delicious with local fish and ingredients, I wish we had order dinner the night before.

食事はついていませんでしたが、元日でも対応されている近くのカフェを予約してくださり、イタリアンのコースをいただくことができました。
古民家をリノベーションした宿泊場所は、ワンフロアを広く贅沢に使うことができて、とても居心地がよかったです。
時間があるときに、町全体の雰囲気をゆっくり味わいに、また来たいなと思いました。

GGuest UserThe location is great, not far from Fukuyama Station. The front desk staff were very attentive. The rooms were spacious, and you could even choose your own pillow. There was a large public bath available. The breakfast was simple yet delicious and filling. Overall, it was fantastic! I would definitely book this hotel again next time~~~ I highly recommend it!!!

KKimy NIt wasn't a big facility, but it was a very good inn with a view of the sea in front of me. The food was delicious and I was able to relax by serving it in a private room. The hot spring was warm for a while, probably because of the quality of the hot spring that warms my body. The view from the open-air bath is the best. I would like to use it again if I have a good location to stroll around the city. The staff 々 was also nice.
The structure in the inn was a bit complicated and I was lost to return to the room several times 😂

GGuest UserEasy walking to the hotel from Fukuyama station. The Castle near the station can be easily accessed by walking ( not too tough for me who has a knee issue). I could see Toyoko Inn at the top of the Castle ground.Also the cathedral.

GGuest UserThere is a convenience store about 5 minutes walk away, and shopping facilities and restaurants about 10 minutes walk away, so I think you will be able to spend there without any problems. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, but there are free areas, and since I only use the shower when I'm working, the plan without a shower in the room was not a problem. The facilities are old, but considering the price, I guess it's acceptable. Thank you for your help.

The hotel is stylish and simple, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, the sound insulation effect is not wrong, and the sound is good. The staff is friendly and efficient, check-in/out is very efficient. Zhong is happy to provide recommendations for surrounding food and attractions. The breakfast options are rich, both Japanese and Western, and the taste is good. In terms of facilities, the fitness room and the business center are several perfect and cost-effective. Overall, the accommodation experience is satisfactory, suitable for business and travel people, will consider staying again next time!
