"Overall a nice hotel, very close to the JR train station, just a couple of minutes walk away. The room size was very generous a lot bigger than others we’ve stayed at in Japan. The bathroom was also very spacious with a full size bath and powerful shower. The hotel provides nightwear and toiletries as well as coffee and laundry. Breakfast has a good variety of choices although can we quite busy as peak times and items do run out. I would recommend as a good convenient choice if travelling by train."

AAussiePaulaThis getaway was exactly what I wanted. Traditional, immersive, comfortable, accomodating.
The staff came and greeted us in the car park, the dinner and breakfast was amazing, delicious, adventurous. And the onsen on the roof was perfect!
The staff thoroughly explained their processes. I spoke some japanese and they spoke only some english but they were very accomating with us and welcoming.
I would highly recommend and its also not far from town either.
It snowed a little the night we stayed and it was so magical!
We had our own private onsen at our room but the others in the ryokan are even better and available to be private, just lock door when your using.

We called for pick-up from the train station and waited about 10 minutes. The next morning our ride back to the train station was waiting when we arrived in the lobby.
The beds were prepared at 6pm. Dinner was reservation only, which we did not have. We walked 20 minutes into the little town to a hidden gem Ramen shop that opened at 7pm and the food was amazing.

GGuest UserIt was a convenient location just off the interchange. There was coffee with a welcome drink and it was saved by blowing my sleepiness away. I was personally happy with the disposable slippers of the amenities.

Uuncle puiThe hotel has a great location. The staff were excellent and very helpful with everything, including the itinerary. We were very satisfied. Two of the staff members spoke Mandarin, which made the hotel even more welcoming. The included breakfast and dinner were of high quality and excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot spring water was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance.

タタルトThe facilities are a bit old impression. The public bath is a bit old, but it was clean and slowly soaked in hot water. I think breakfast is better if there are a little more items. Overall, I think it is good as a hotel to stay on a solo trip.

I went to the front desk to listen to the tavern where I could eat the ground, but it was a pretty good shop.
If you can stay here at this price hotel, there is no reason to reduce 😊.
