GGuest UserLet me start by saying all the staff where very pleasant and helpfull I was expecting little attention to detail
When we arrived there was no help out of the car with luggage help came later with the luggage to the room
The room was very nice but the wi.fi was not working
There was no safety deposit box in the room
The sheets had to be changed
Our friends room was no bed side cabinet and chair
All these items got sorted but for a 4 star resort there shouldn’t be these problems in the first place
One item which didn’t get sorted there was no mini bar in the room but it was on there discription

The property is beautifully located in a quiet, serene spot with a pool facing the river, offering a peaceful vibe. The highlight was definitely the food – fresh, delicious, and satisfying every time. Special thanks to Mohit at the restaurant, who was always available, courteous, and ensured we had a great dining experience. The crispy medu vada deserves a special mention – we’d love to come back just for that! Overall, highly recommended for those seeking a relaxing getaway with good food and warm hospitality.

GGuest UserLocation: On the highway, a little away (~3 kms) from the towns main attraction Krishna temple
Room: Bed was comfy and the Room size is good. Our stay was quite short, just a overnight.
Felt the rate was on the higher side comparing to the experience we had.
They have a spacious car parking. It seems a little old hotel in the town and they can focus on giving vibrant look and feel.

GGuest UserThe property is old and needs little uplift. It requires regular maintenance. Food quality is very good and staff are very helpful. The resort right opposite to Malpe beach and sea facing rooms have good view of the sea.

GGuest UserLocation was good but little far from the key tourist places. Ola/Uber services were not available for this area. Having your own car will be good to commute for sight seeing. Open car parking with security was available. Room service was good. Provided additional bed for kids.
