The environment is good, the service is warm, the rooms are comfortable, and the prices are reasonable. Had a buffet dinner for about RMB 60, and the dishes were plentiful. It's also a ten-minute walk from the beach and worth staying.

The hotel is chic location, the room was taken in the main building. Beautiful and well-designed area, the staff are welcoming, always interested in our wishes. The pool is small but the rooms with a garden view and clubs have their pools, so people were few, quietly it was possible to lie on the lying. I didn't like the obsessive taxi drivers at the entrance to the hotel. Called the Uber, so they didn't let the driver pick us up! It was necessary to climb a little higher (toward the Gokolam Hotel) and only there we were able to get in the car. Very unpleasant, and for a hotel of such class it is not clear why they allow the parking of a taxi, felt not safe! Be aware that if you use the cleaner, the driver will not be able to go to the territory of the hotel and even to the gate, you need to go higher on the road, only there you can sit in the car, passing this mafia of taxi drivers.

The rooms are clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, with modern amenities and comfortable beds that make it easy to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The breakfast spread offered a good mix of local Kerala dishes as well as continental options — fresh, tasty, and satisfying.

It is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.

For the premium pricing, the value proposition is lacking. I would recommend the management to seriously invest in upgrading the rooms, amenities, and overall infrastructure to deliver a better and more future-ready experience. The amenities feel stuck in the past. If the property wants to stay competitive in 2025 and beyond, they definitely need to revamp and modernize their offerings

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

The location was in the main city and easily accessible to temple and zoo. The amenities and services were good. The swimming pool was neat and clear and we had a good time with kids there.

The hotel’s cleanliness was satisfactory, but the food left much to be desired. Not only was it of poor quality, but it was also outrageously overpriced. The breakfast selection was shockingly limited. I didn’t use room service, so i can’t speak to that. The room itself was decent, but there were glaring issues: the wash basin in the toilet is mounted far too low, making it an awkward struggle for taller guests. Worse yet, the closet seat cover was improperly installed, adding to the discomfort. When i requested a slightly later checkout, the front office manager bluntly refused, citing that since i booked, no flexibility was allowed. As a result, i had to pack up and leave by 9:30 am, which was completely inconvenient. I won’t be staying here again, and i certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent experience.
