The property is prominently located on the side of nation a highway and is easily accessible. Food served are best quality by rightly courteous staff with very reasonable price. The aminities in the room are fine. Well designed rooms and good quality furniture and fittings. Service of the staff are highly pleasing.

The staffs both at the reception and the restaurant are really polite and friendly. When I had a question they when out of their way to help. I think the staffs is one of reason the hotel is highly rated. My sincere thanks to all of you

The hotel is chic location, the room was taken in the main building. Beautiful and well-designed area, the staff are welcoming, always interested in our wishes. The pool is small but the rooms with a garden view and clubs have their pools, so people were few, quietly it was possible to lie on the lying. I didn't like the obsessive taxi drivers at the entrance to the hotel. Called the Uber, so they didn't let the driver pick us up! It was necessary to climb a little higher (toward the Gokolam Hotel) and only there we were able to get in the car. Very unpleasant, and for a hotel of such class it is not clear why they allow the parking of a taxi, felt not safe! Be aware that if you use the cleaner, the driver will not be able to go to the territory of the hotel and even to the gate, you need to go higher on the road, only there you can sit in the car, passing this mafia of taxi drivers.

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

Checkin was superfast, no hustle at all. Room was on forth floor, due to new year programs happening on 5th floor and poor sound proofing was having some level of disturbance, the intercom was not working properly, additionally they key-card was not properly assigned to checkout dates, i had to get that fixed continuously for 2 days. Apart from these inconvenience rest everything was amazing, room was comfy and clean. Bathroom and bedroom was well maintained

The hotel is nice and very clean but not that much premium for the price. Location also good. Plenty of parking there. But it is opening. Our car fully drenched in birds excretion
