GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Kumarakom Park Resort. The ambiance was serene and the entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were very hospitable and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived — the security personnel even assisted with our luggage from the vehicle to the reception. On request, we were given a beautiful room with a pool view, and the pool itself was clean and inviting. Housekeeping responded promptly when we requested floor cleaning, which was much appreciated. The staff also guided us on nearby places to visit, and even the security team was informative and courteous. Overall, the service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality truly stood out. I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

GGuest UserGood hotel but with old furniture. The staff is so supportive. You might be alone in the entire hotel but you are safe too. And that's the main positive point of this hotel. Overall a good experience.
