It’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful. They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome, and all the staff were extremely helpful and attentive throughout. The facilities were top-class and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again with my family the next time I’m down from London. This is a beautiful, niche, local high-end brand hotel with Portuguese style. Although the hotel was almost full when I checked in, all my requests, big and small, (including changing rooms twice because I was afraid of noise) were met. On the night of arrival, I dined by the pool while enjoying local traditional dance music, and the candlelight was a special experience. All the staff were very friendly and professional. With the meticulous care of the newly appointed chef, I had a delicious breakfast for several days. Afterwards, the unfinished fruit plate was also delivered to the room for free. Figure 3 is a 200-year-old Jewish healing spring, and many Jews still come here to soak. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with various shopping and attractions just outside. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.

Had a very pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good lighting. The amenities were excellent — especially the pool, gym, and overall ambiance of the property. The staff were courteous and responsive, making the check-in and stay smooth. Food was quite good with a decent spread, though there’s slight room for improvement in variety. Location is perfect if you have work around Infopark, with easy access and minimal traffic hassle. Overall, a great option for both business and family stays. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Nice hotel in a bustling area. Shower was spectacularly good, a real highlight. The staff were especially helpful! Nice breakfast too. Overall good value for money.

The hotel looks very quaint with lots of heritage. It has a resort feel with gorgeous yellow coloured umbrellas and sunbed at the pool area. Good breakfast spread. What could be improved: the rooms and bed are quite old, an upgrade would be timely! In the toiler, u will need to shower in the bath tub not too friendly for elderly. But the staff are very friendly and food is good.

It was clean and comfortable stay at Seven Heights Edappally during our Cochin visits. Room and House keeping: was clean. And additional asks were catered immediately. They have iron box table and iron box available on demand. Bathroom was neat and clean. Dental kit/ Laundry bags etc were available on demand. AC wasn’t working properly. Not cooling as per remote settings. Though temperature 20-21 felt like AC is hard corded to some 27-29. First front office mentioned something similar and engage them if it’s not working. But even after multiple calls, it wasn’t hopeful. lack of fan made it worse. One night it was okay and gave up. Restaurant: Not sure about in room dining. When I asked, they mentioned they had it before and since it’s less customers using the facility for dining. However they have ventured out the BF to some vendor and they do in the morning. Most of the guests are either getting delivery or eat out lunch/dinner and as mentioned above it’s not available. So be prepared. Luckily we had ours packed from Salkara on the way from airport. Amrita Institute of Medical Science is very close proximity about 350m 4mins walk. Lulu mall also easily accessible. Property appeared newly constructed and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast Buffet: In the buffet board they mentioned 4 Indian items with curry combination, Bakery: Bread Jam/Butter Fresh juice, Egg items, Fresh juice, cut fruits, oats/cornflakes. I found 2/4 Indian spreads were missing than what was published menu. Upma wasn’t good. Appam curries were fine. Otherwise it was eggs were properly cooked, juice was fresh. Since it was made in small quantities and made on demand it was good. Overall good for one night stay experience.

We stayed at this three-star hotel in Kochi for one night during a family trip. The location is convenient, close to Ernakulam Town Railway station and easily accessible by public transport. The staff was polite and helpful, especially at the front desk. The room was decently sized and clean, though the furniture and fixtures felt a bit dated. The air conditioning worked fine. Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option for short stays, but there’s room for improvement in terms of amenities and upkeep. Good for travelers who are looking for basic comfort without splurging.

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

Sapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay. Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
