GGuest UserRoom preference given to international tourist first, then to indians. Have been staying at the same hotel for 5 years now for every year, knowing the manager/caretaker. The only negative point about this place, else wont be staying there on every trip. Everything else is up to the standards. But when you feel a sense of partial behavior between customers, its okay to express your views.

GGuest UserThe location was really nice—Arambol beach had a relaxed vibe with more foreigners around, and it wasn't too crowded, which made it perfect for chilling out. However, the stay at the property was disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the bathroom and toilet also had a bad odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, the food was good, especially the breakfast. Overall, great location but the property needs improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
