I had an excellent stay at this hostel! Gabriel took care of everything for me during three magical days: the first day at the sublime Tumpak Sewu waterfall, the second at the impressive Bromo volcanoes, and the third at the fascinating Kawah Ijen, including the ferry ticket to Bali. She helped and guided me via WhatsApp from start to finish with incredible attention, and I truly felt supported from beginning to end... and even after I left! The service was absolutely top-notch, incredibly friendly and professional. Everything was superbly organized and memorable. I recommend it 1000%! Thank you, Gabriel and your daughters! Excellent value for money accommodation. If you're traveling solo, I'd recommend booking a double room as the price difference isn't much. It's clean and well-maintained. However, it was a bit annoying that some guests, who don't seem to understand the concept of a capsule hotel yet, were being loud and laughing as if it were a regular hotel.

Ijen Suites Resort and Convention is a great hotel that left a very positive impression from start to finish. The property is very clean and well maintained throughout. Breakfast was a highlight with mostly local food on offer which was a really nice touch and made the experience feel authentic and welcoming. The staff truly stood out with their warm and genuine hospitality making every interaction pleasant. The surrounding area is also lovely and perfect for a relaxing walk in the morning or afternoon with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself comes with great amenities including a gym sauna swimming pool and cafe ensuring there is always something to enjoy during your stay. Overall nothing negative to mention at all. Keep up the excellent work.

I booked this hotel for my family. The location is good. It's near Kayutangan and other must-visit places in Malang. However, the staff needed to improve their service. As an example, they didn't inform the wifi password upon arrival. Due to limited parking space, the security officers informed us to leave our car key, but forgot to ask the other guests, so we should wait before we can go out from the parking lot. We think it's better and safer if the guests keep the car key in the receptionist desk and registered the car identity number.

Good location as it’s located near the Alun Alun (City Square), the Malang Railway Station, and some legendary local culinary spots. Breakfast was decent with many choices. While the general cleanliness in the room was alright, the furnitures and amenities in the room are a bit outdated. All in all, if you’re just looking for a strategic resting place after a day exploring Malang area, this hotel is perfectly adequate

The guest house is new, clean and all the rooms smell good. It's very good in the room but the minus is the place on the roadside and it's difficult to park the car. The room is not so sound that cars, drones and ambulance sounds very loud in my room 308.kamar Next to my noise is like moving a mattress Because it is struck with the wall of my room. And was disturbed again when in the morning around 06.30 around Pesona Guest House there is such a loud dangdutan music. So in conclusion, the room and facilities are very good but the noise outside makes me unable to sleep .. and thank you for sending BF Maryam bread and hot tea. Maybe in the future, it can be given a kind of silence so that guests who want to rest after a day can rest without noise outside. Thank you for the charming guest house 🙏

The room window faces inwards, and there is a damp and other smells in the room. You can only change the room type and pay an additional fee.

The hotel is located next to the main road in the city center, which is very convenient to find. It is about one kilometer away from the train station. There are many restaurants on the road above the train station. The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.
