Amazing
GGuest UserBest time of our lives :) The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing, every staff member wants you to have a great experience. We had a room with a private pool, we also had the candlelight dinner in the hotel's restaurant, and the floating breakfast. We additinally oredered pool floats (a giant flamingo). If you want to really treat yourself I would reccomended ordering them, despite the extra cost. It was a great experience for us, we almost didn't go out of our room. The breakfast buffet was included in our reservation and was also great, high quality ingridients and cooking. The hotel's staff was very responsive and helped me plan the dinner reservations and extras i've ordered. Hope to come back again :)

SSonia MaisoThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the only thing that our washroom cost you to swallow the water very much, it must be a little locked and the shower was out of the door. We went in low season and we could leave the car in your private parking. Repeat 100%

GGuest UserBooked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms. Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel. Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design.

GGuest UserStaff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning. We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport. Overall great experience, would definitely go back.

MMeralThe hotel’s beach was very beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a woman and a man working at the bar in the morning were unfriendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, and having fish every day was perfect for me. The daily cleaning and towel changes were great, because in other places I visited in Greece, they only did it once a week. Having it done daily made me happy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms weren’t soundproof, so children in the upstairs and next-door rooms were playing with balls and dragging furniture, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I left satisfied. Thank you, Mistis Family Village.

GGuest UserThis accommodation is an excellent choice, located right in the city center with easy access to everything. The bed is comfortable, and if you book a room with a balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of both the city and the sea. The staff are kind and very accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is satisfying, offering a good English breakfast. Rooms are clean with a strong shower, even on the fourth floor, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The place also embraces sustainability, providing basic but pleasant-smelling toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Overall, it’s a fantastic stay — I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

GGuest UserPositives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

GGuest UserFabulous beach front location. Great grounds with beach, lawn, busy pool, quiet pool - something for everyone. Food varied and tasty. A watch out: if you are offered rooms 600+, you will be in the Residence part of the hotel - inland/have to cross a road to get there. Not all bad though as it has its own pool and bar with a lot less crowds. You will end up walking a lot though - which we didn’t mind, but others might. Not sure why the hotel restricts a la carte restaurants to once per stay instead of once per week. It was very empty when we went. Italian food was not that much better than main restaurant so you are not massively missing out. Store merchandise was very expensive, but not sure if this would be same across all hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
