Great place to stay for families with near new facilities across the hotel. Very good breakfast with lots of different choices and friendly staff. The only drawback is the location which is not close to public transport however uber and bolt is quite convenient and can also take the shuttle bus to the airport then connect the tube to anywhere. Overall great and will stay there again.

Check-in was easy and efficiently managed
They were able to accommodate our request for room near the elevator.
The breakfast was good.
We were given a room on 3rd floor despite our reservation was for a high floor king room
Housekeeping should hv bn more astute in ensuring amenities like tissues are amply sufficient. Our tissue box had barely a few pieces left. Housekeeping was no longer available, we had to collect it from the reception at the lobby
We would be grateful if bottled drinking water were provided.

We arrived late , check in was easy , having a car park that had security as well was excellent and a nice easy start the next day to get to terminal 3 . We had a family room which was perfect , would definitely book again if flying from Heathrow , takes the stress out of travelling early on the day of the flight

First off, the location is fantastic, and it's also very quiet and safe. On top of that, the service is excellent. I'd definitely choose this place again. It's super convenient to get here from T2; just a free transfer and one stop, and the hotel entrance connects directly to an indoor skywalk, which is incredibly smooth.

The hotel was clean, with a deep soaking tub/shower combo. All employees were friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed was quite comfortable. The tomato soup is outstanding. I would stay at this hotel again!

Good location for airport and we booked a package with car while we were away, with the war conflict in the Middle East they did accommodate our car for an extra seven days as we were unable to get a flight back, stayed on return but couldn’t book the room at the desk had to go away and book on line for our booking thought that bit strange,

Guest UserThe hotel was conveniently located to meet my partner as she had driven and I had flown into Heathrow.
I had searched for a hotel with parking, Sauna and breakfast! Great I thought when Radisson was in the list of hotels with my criteria, disappointingly I was met with an additional £20 charge for parking my vehicle however my partner who had been at a conference in a nearby hotel had parking included for 24 hours.

Poowadee KunpalinI arrived late night at Heathrow airport and need to stay overnight to catch up early flight in the morning. This hotel is near to airport and reasonable price with Ibis brand guarantees. The room was OK although it was quiet small but just overnight is OK. No amenities in the room. Overall is fine. The taxi from the airport is very expensive almost more than the saem price for one night of this hotel!!!

Check in service was excellent. Location, couldn’t ask for anything better.
Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter.
Fridge completely empty. 😢
