Great
AAPRO87Great stay as expected Heathrow airport, we’ve been here before and chose to stay again travelling with family before the flight. The beds are comfortable, staff were nice. It’s just that the swimming pool was not heated enough (quite cold), steam room lack steam and jacuzzi wasn’t working at the time of our stay. Executive lounge was a good thing to have, really enjoyed the refreshments and evening canapés. Cheers
XXiaofeixiangquanjiafuThe environment is very good, but the room facilities are generally too small, and the bedding and towels are old. The surrounding area is very convenient, with supermarkets, laundry rooms, and restaurants.
GGuest UserCheck-in was easy and efficiently managed
They were able to accommodate our request for room near the elevator.
The breakfast was good.
We were given a room on 3rd floor despite our reservation was for a high floor king room
Housekeeping should hv bn more astute in ensuring amenities like tissues are amply sufficient. Our tissue box had barely a few pieces left. Housekeeping was no longer available, we had to collect it from the reception at the lobby
We would be grateful if bottled drinking water were provided.
MMatt CQLocated pretty close to T2 (£25 taxi) this relatively new hotel is well worth considering. Clean functional rooms with very comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff and if you are interested a great view of the incoming aircraft.
Breakfast is well worth the extra £11 and there is a bus to take you back to the station/airport if needed.
A good stay
GGuest UserWe arrived late , check in was easy , having a car park that had security as well was excellent and a nice easy start the next day to get to terminal 3 . We had a family room which was perfect , would definitely book again if flying from Heathrow , takes the stress out of travelling early on the day of the flight
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean, with a deep soaking tub/shower combo. All employees were friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed was quite comfortable. The tomato soup is outstanding. I would stay at this hotel again!
GGuest UserGood location for airport and we booked a package with car while we were away, with the war conflict in the Middle East they did accommodate our car for an extra seven days as we were unable to get a flight back, stayed on return but couldn’t book the room at the desk had to go away and book on line for our booking thought that bit strange,
Room and amenities all good and bed very comfy
LLifeThruMyLensGreat little hotel with lots of character. The double room was small but clean and bed was comfy. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room also and easy to use heater/aircon unit. Modern bathroom with shower. The furniture is looking tired and could do with updating. Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have it but overall for a one night stay to attend a party in the area, it was great 👍
GGuest UserThe staff were friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious enough. Breakfast was decent, but it's advisable to go early. If you arrive at the restaurant around 8:00 or 8:30, there's often no cheese or cold cuts left, and they aren't replenished. Otherwise, it was a perfectly fine hotel.
GGuest UserOverall very good, very close to the airport, this price can live in London to such a hotel has been very value! We flew to London on AirAsia's CA937 flight. We came to the UK for the first time. After getting off the plane, we went to the rental car company to get the car. It was almost 8 o'clock. It was just black, and it was opened in five minutes. It was free at the door. parking lot. The hotel room is small, but it can be set up in a separate bathroom. In fact, for the person who arrived on the first day, due to the time difference, basically can't sleep in the middle of the night (except for the child, my son went to sleep and went to sleep until dawn), the size of the room does not matter, there is a place to stay. I woke up from one o'clock in the morning, although the hotel was facing the street, but it was super quiet at night! Breakfast is typical continental, simple but full enough. The front desk clerk is very welcoming and will automatically greet you if you appear in front of him and ask if you need help. Overall very good hotel, affordable, very suitable for family outings, you can't take it with Holiday Inn at this price, but definitely better than the public bathroom youth hostel
