"The Hotel was satisfactory accommodation, the bathroom was clean and tidy, room was very spacious and beds were large and made well. For the price the room was very satisfactory and the only few issues we had is the walls had been repainted a bit shoddy in places and there wasnt a hairdryer, although there was a fan which was a nice suprise."

IIVOR MARKSExcellent location - not more than 10 minutes from Dundee Airport. Professional and courteous staff. Clean rooms. And, the staff arranged for an early breakfast as I had to leave earlier than breakfast time. Excellent Breakfast. Recommended.

SShebeebEverything was good except they tried to gave me a room at attic which have a dirty and roof window. I went back and asked to change the room said this is not what it shows in the picture.
Receptionist said she doesn’t know that and gave me a different room. But, I am sure she knew it and gave that thinking I won’t say anything. How come she won’t know 5th floor is attic.

GGuest UserRoom was big but with no view.i had no service,ordered one bottle of water and i had to went down to pick it up.the bar was shut.facilities were good enough.

GGuest UserI know this is a budget hotel but there is a lot more effort needed. There should never be mould showing around bath seals etc. It’s an easy fix. General cleanliness poor. We had to clean areas ourselves even after being transferred to another room after complaining first room hadn’t been cleaned. The staff in general friendly and helpful. Bins outside hotel full to the brim. I have a feeling staff don’t really care to much about how hotel looks. Anyway did the job for a few nights stay. But if I had the choice I would pay extra for a better room elsewhere and hopefully cleaner.
