KiminaaThe hotel was really great. It was very clean, so I highly recommend it for anyone who values cleanliness. There was a separate room for ironing. The room itself had a hairdryer, TV, an electric kettle, and plenty of coffee and tea.
They also offered us a welcome drink when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The lobby had lots of entertainment options and games. There was also a really nice bar, and people were still playing games there until late at night.
The hotel also had a gym.
It was close to a shopping centre, and the train station was about a 20-minute walk away.
I definitely recommend

Guest UserI was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to Temple Meads train station, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the main city attractions. Although the room's interior is simple, it has all the essential amenities, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom also comes with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The bed was very comfortable as well. The front desk staff were all very helpful and polite. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

⭐ Amazing Stay at Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre ⭐
I had an incredible experience staying at Double Tree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved waking up to the stunning views from my window.
The breakfast was fantastic — a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I have to mention, their cookies are just amazing — freshly baked, perfectly sweet, and absolutely irresistible which you get at the reception when you check in!
The location was perfect — close to the city center and train station, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, I highly recommend Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre for anyone visiting Bristol. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip and hope to stay at the same hotel😍!!

Guest UserConvenient location. Clean. Bathroom is small but functional. Water pressure is not very strong and water temperature can fluctuate. On the 3rd night, there was no hot water but receptionist was quick to offer a compensation for the inconvenience. There is one set of washer/dryer on the 3rd floor and cost £1 per wash/dry

Guest UserMy husband and I stayed for two nights as we were attending my daughter’s wedding. My second daughter and friends also stayed. The location was perfect, the rooms and bed were spacious and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Convenient having a bar on site and great that the kettle was actually by a socket!! 🤣😃I would definitely recommend The Future Inn 😀

Guest UserThe hotel was great and the staff were very helpful, but the location is ok as there is not much around the area and you are a bit of a trek from the centre of town & things to do.
The lady who checked us in, I believe that she is Scottish, was so helpful and we cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us, she is a credit to the business.
The room was comfy and quiet, and the breakfast was great.
I would recommend staying here but for us I think we'd rather stay closer to amenities in future, when we revisit Bristol

Vincent TaoFollowing up on my previous review, I'd like to point out a few areas for improvement for future reference. Firstly, the breakfast offerings are still quite uninspired. While this seems to be common across the UK, with a high percentage of Asian guests, perhaps you could consider offering a wider variety of options in the future? After these past few days, I don't think I'll be having a similar breakfast for a long time.
Secondly, my elevator experience was very unsatisfactory. For seven out of my eight-day stay, at least one elevator was out of service. I never saw all three elevators working simultaneously. The far-right elevator was even so dark that I had to use a flashlight, which frankly made me feel uneasy.
Finally, there's the issue of the in-room drinking water quality! Perhaps you could consider changing your water supplier. After boiling, this water leaves too much limescale and genuinely tastes bad. This forced me to buy bottled mineral water from M&S instead.
One point that absolutely deserves a negative rating: Gimi, the front desk attendant during check-out, was not very friendly. My English has deteriorated somewhat over the past year, and when I repeatedly asked her to clarify what she was saying, she looked visibly impatient, which was very unpleasant. Please strengthen your staff's customer service training!
Overall, the stay was still pretty good. I hope to see some changes in these areas when I return next year.

srchmzWe stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us.
Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned.
There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive.
Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

Guest UserEnvironment: The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to walk, take the bus, go to the supermarket, and eat
Facilities: The room is relatively large, the bathroom is spacious, and two bottles of water are provided every day, as well as tea and coffee
You must stay in a high-rise room when staying here, definitely. We were given the 5th floor at first, and the room was small and dark. By the way, the lack of lights in the room is a small problem. Living in a high-rise not only has a good view of the church and the Ferris wheel, but the key is that it is very bright. I stayed there for seven days and was satisfied when I moved to a high-rise room

Guest UserWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
