I loved the design and the service provided from the hotel starting from check in to breakfast to rooftop bar and spa. Inside the room it’s clean and well maintained. I will come back and stay again.

뭐뭐니1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst
2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m.
3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car)
4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing.
5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat.
6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes.
7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay.

BBatoolAbsolutely stunning rooms and true five star experience. The bed was amazing and the housekeeping would refill all amenities that we used which was very considerate. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and we loved how generous and diverse the options were. The beach club is a short buggy ride away and also had a great infinity pool there. My only suggestion is to create a real cocktail menu and not the paper print out that was given to us on both days, but everything else was wonderful! The staff are so kind and friendly especially the blonde young man who helped us with our bags and drove us by buggy to the beach club.

CCCrenyifeiThe suite is large enough to have a bathroom. The balcony is large with lounge chairs and tables and chairs for rest on the balcony. Clean and change tablecloths and tea towels every day. Provide detergent and sponge blocks. The dishwasher and washing machine are not big, the problem is that we are not familiar with this type of equipment, so it took a while to check the instructions online. There are many supermarkets around, and it is really good to be a holiday apartment here! The parking garage is easy to enter and exit, and you can enter and exit at any time. Very close to the sea, there are various restaurants on the seaside promenade. About 1 km from the old town. Walking is acceptable. The hotel has various facilities such as massage, beauty, swimming, etc. Long stay will not be boring.

GGuest UserWe booked a suite for no more than most hotels charge for a room. This meant we had plenty of space - a lounge area and a small kitchen area (which we didn't really use as we wanted to try the local restaurants).
Cleanliness was faultless.

WWEIThe hotel is luxurious and comfortable, the room is large and beautiful, and the bedding is very comfortable. The room has a balcony and you can see the golf course opposite. The breakfast is rich in variety. The overall feeling is very similar to those five-star hotels in Sanya.

GGuest UserНа сайте я зарезервировал кровать queen - size так как нас было двое и мы семейная пара, для нас это очень важно. Но по итогу хоть и отель 5 звёзд, но в первый и во второй день нам предоставили 2 односпальные кровати с отдельными матрасами, при этом кровати на колесиках и разъезжаются в разные стороны. На просьбу улучшить или сменить номер на нужный для нас , они просто добавили тонкий матрас, что не решило проблем в общем. И удобства не принесло и мы не смогли нормально высыпаться так было не удобно.
